AMC not laucnhing the day it went off air wasnt a blunder, but having no plan and no deatils and nothing in order is def a blunder and gives fans and critics alike tons of reasons to question how this will go.

Other reports seems to contradict what Nelson is saying. From SOD "It was news to Williams that PP-secured co-star Lindsay Hartley (Cara) had revealed on Twitter that he had signed on ("I didn't know I was announced").

Why would he tell that to SOD if he wasn't really joining at all?? LOL. Also SON got confirmation from a PP spokesperson. Miss Nelly needs to edit that mess out.

I bet it means they're in talks and they will sign him but they haven't literally signed him yet. Maybe he had to reschuffle his schedule for the signing line meeting. It's probably nothing major, Nelson loves being dramatic. It's merely that Darnell hadn't actually signed yet - not that he wasn't 99% likely to.

VI Tweeted today (31st) that he has been approached by PP. The interview MF referenced was out of date, and he confirmed the SID editor Tweet that he's still negotiating. Sorry Nellie, wrong again!

Apparently DW verbally agreed but he has yet to actually sign anything. That came from a recap from one of the events. Maybe that is what NB is referring to who knows. It doesn't really change anything IMO but NB loves to stir the pot

Well technically none of them have signed (I could have missed the approved union contract issue)

Once again, wake me when an actual journalist (hell, even RB for that matter) has something to report so Nellie can then try to turn it into something more and bigger a week later.

Nellie is a pot stirer but not in a good way

This is so true, Skiman. And that is a major reason why I have long believed that GH stood a much higher chance of online success than either AMC or OLTL.

However if AMC and OLTL aren't successes will anyone bother with GH? Doubtful.

WHy would they. The problem with GH is that they have no buzz no momentum no nothing right now. THe show is not on any kind of creative upswing.there

are no big returns planned to date, and they keep hiring newbies. Id wonder about the viability of the show even if the other 2 shows did do well. They have killed off

so many popular characters, they don't even have much to reach into to rebuild with. Worse part is they have no one running that show who cares and there is no Agnes Nixon out there who could come back and help them.

I guess there's Wendy Riche.

They all are..these are all attempts to keep the audience interested in its move to online. The whole he signed and no he didnt sign...is to grab attention....

But there are definitely other ways to generate interest for the online moves of AMC & OLTL. Pure and utter fabrications do not generate buzz.

But they drive traffic up to their sites which is also a goal and it does get people talking again for a day or two.

It keeps people guessing and interested....at this point..they should just forget about the move and release some DVDs so I can buy them...lol
