She didnt have extensive scenes with Todd. She didnt even interact with him towards the end and if I recall correctly, it was only one episode,maybe 2. They kept her pretty isolated from him as well

Im sure they are saving the revelation that there's another Todd for when RH comes face to face with TSJ. That moment would be undermined by him interacting with anyone from his past before that happens. I think its supposed to come as a total shock to him
