I don't see why they'd have her return next week, barely a week after starting back to set up for her to be a ghost.

Nope this is an alive Dixie. Why rush her coming back if she's just a ghost again? You don't have to set up her being a ghost, she can just appear

Hey, I don't care. LOL She's inconsequential to me. Right now, I'm praying David has nothing to do with her...but that text doesn't like I'm going to dodge that bullet.

I do wonder if there's some kind of Zach/Dixie thing that we'll find out about.

Cady says her early scripts are beautiful and touching. If Dixie is alive and the early scenes are her being held somewhere I can't see how they would be beautiful and touching.

On the other hand ABC has a press release out for TK's return that also refers to Dixie as having been "seemingly murdered" in 2007. Interesting wording.

I don't know. I wonder if they will be able to keep what form Dixie will be taking under wraps until the scene airs Tuesday. That would be pretty impressive in this day and age.

If she is alive I pray David has nothing to do with it. It would just be too much on top of Greenlee.

As much as I loathe the idea (and I think you know how much I do, LOL) I hope that's what the text as about. I have to admit the timing was perfect to make it a red herring that he's involved in the Erica mess.

Ah, me too. But if it's not her, then that text only really makes sense as relating to Erica...and that ain't no good either. LOL

^I've seen it suggested elsewhere that the text could be something about Madison, Angie, or even Greenlee. But with the timing of it coming right after all the Erica drama and right before Jane revealed herself to Erica...it lines up pretty nicely to make him involved in the Erica mess. Or make him involved with Dixie still being alive, but us thinking he's part of the Jane stuff, for a bit. Since we see Dixie next week, it's likely about her...and if I have to pick, I choose this one.

Though, we saw how well this all shook out for David last time...so I'm not exactly chomping at the bit for him to be involved in this either. However, at this point, I think the character can take the hit better with Dixie, than Erica.

    • Sorry.  I read your post as asking if the clones have been mentioned lol.  I think Rolf brought it up first even before the Possession telling someone about it.  So maybe Rolf was just telling anyone who would listen.  It's always used in a jokey way, but if everyone knows maybe John should have made sure Marlena's body was her body and all that if there were clones running around. I want to say Marlena was the one who said they found out Kristen was alive and maybe even mentioned it to Kristen in their initial conversation with one another.  But that was the first us viewers ever heard about it as far as I know. Anyway, agreed it was a missed oppurtunity to not have the shock value of Kristen appearing alive out of nowhere.   I also found it strange that most people in Salem were so aware of Kristen and her misdeeds despite her being dead for years.

    • Yeah, I know it's been mentioned several times in the last 1.5 years; I just don't recall who discussed it first. It's funny that something so vague and secretive suddenly becomes common knowledge, as if Stefano bragged about it to anyone who would listen.   I don't remember John/Marlena ever discussing finding Kristen alive offhandedly. I would've thought the shock and awe of her being alive in the first place would've been touched upon in a grand fashion when she returned in 2012, but it was instead glossed over as if everyone in Salem somehow knew how the whole Killing Pool murder of 1998 really panned out.
    • It was discussed a few times during the Possession, Rolf has talked about it, and Megan mentioned she killed one of the clones for Marlena's body when she faked her death.   I know Leo has talked about it as well so I would assume everyone knows.  I don't believe I have ever heard Marlena or John speak about it though. With Kristen, didn't they have Marlena or John say that they found out she was alive off-screen years before?   To me that's even worse than not mentioning it.  A major revelation happened and we never saw or heard about it until Kristen is back and did Kristen even delve into to her years as a sex slave?
