Well I've loved a lot of characters who were considered boring, so I can respect that. To me he always just seemed kind of out of place and an odd fit with Marty. The most entertaining part was when I read about how Nathan Fillion and Tuc Watkins used to make fun of him.

When I heard that “One Life To Live” was going off the air it brought tears to my eyes. Okay, maybe that is a bit overly dramatic, but it did bring back a little nostalgia since “One Life To Live” provided .01 seconds of my 15 minutes of fame. In 1992 I appeared as an extra in a segment that dealt with AIDS and homophobia and featured panels from The NAMES Project Aids Memorial Quilt.

And some people say TSJ's Todd is nothing like RH's. Here's an old promo from 1998. These clips of Tea tying Todd up while threatening him are very reminiscent of the ones that aired last month, right down to her accusing him of using and abusing her and him wrapping it up with love.

Has anyone ever seen this TV Movie Robin Strasser was in during one of her breaks from OLTL?

It looks interesting, especially as she's playing someone so different from Dorian.

Yeah, I've seen the House That Cried Murder/The Bride and her appearance in Hollywood Wives (I think it was that one). I've also seen her appearances on Knots Landing, Murphy Brown, Coach, some early Another World... I've never seen her in 2000 Malibu Road and I heard she was quite in that, a jailed prostitute.

Actually several years ago i got both White Hot and The Jane Mansfeild story together as a Loni Anderson package.

I saw Robin on AMC when Soapnet reviewerd Erica kane's past weddings and went back to her wedding to Tom Cudhay. Now i think that version of the wedding is on Youtube. I also saw her on Coach. I don't remember her on Murphy Brown but I did see her on Knots Landing when that was on Soapnet. I was an avid fan of the show so i saw her episodes several times.

    • Yeah, seeing Sarah wheeze and choke like someone who had ZERO medical training was...a choice. Of all the people to give this medical emergency to, they went with the person who made the least sense. What the hell was up with that??? Xander has plenty of flaws, but that's not one of them. Also, it was weird to hear Chanel say she was closing Sweet Bits for a few hours to "regroup." Whatever that means.
    • Very sad news. Denise Alexander has died.  Lesley Webber is a big part of what got me hooked on General Hospital and I absolutely loved her as Mary McKinnon. RIP. Denise Alexander Dies: 'General Hospital' Star Genie Francis Remembers TV Mom (Exclusive)
    • Pretty accurate but I feel like most fans complain about the opposite of #2: they want more fresh blood. I myself do prefer the vets, but they're not sidelined... they don't have story but that's because no one has story. They get plenty of airtime though. That one feels more like a generic soap viewer complaint. The rest of this is very on point.
    • If this was a Ron episode, Sarah’s choking would’ve lasted almost the entire episode. Javi being revealed as a firefighter EMT and Sarah chastising Xander for wanting to go after Chanel/Sweet Bits the cliffhanger. I’m glad there’s actual movement and progression in these episodes. I vaguely remember Cwikly and Brash tenure being the same with their daily episodes
    • https://www.tvinsider.com/1180503/denise-alexander-dead-general-hospital-lesley-webber Denise Alexander died March 5th & I'm so sad.  The first soap storyline I remember was Susan Hunter Martin (Denise Alexander) & David Martin & Julie Olson & poor little baby Dickie on DAYS.  I followed her to GH, Lesley.  I followed her to AW, Mary/Marisa.  I followed her back to GH.  About her, Christopher Schemering said  In soap magazine polls she was voted Best Actress over & over.  Schemering, C. (1987). The Soap Opera Encyclopedia. Ballantine Books.
    • Good point. In addition to being a great character in her own right, she had chemistry with almost everyone on the show. A Jake/Paulina/Iris triangle would have been a lot of fun. If 1994 AW aired in 2025, I doubt Iris would have even considered to be on the chomping block. All the shows now are noticeably less youth obsessed compared to the 90s.
    • I wrote my previous post about Dante being on a 3-day rant while I was at the 30-minute mark of the show. By the end, Dante was back to being reasonable and kind and understanding of everyone and everything. OK, I get it. We all knew that sooner or later we'd get the wise Dante. The mistake was showing him berate Jason IN THE SAME EPISODE and imply he's a lousy father.
