Unless Agnes Nixon publicly smeared actors for ABC propaganda purposes, then Branco is the last person to criticize her.

Personally, I think the show should end with Viki’s death since she is the heart and soul of the show; and her one life should poetically end as the show does.

If you truly loved OLTL, you would never suggest such a thing, not even in jest.

So, shall we start with the infamous All My Children/Saved by the Bell connections, then?

Sure. Just as soon as Jessie Kendall, Kelly Greenlee, Slater Griffin and Zach Ryan get back from the Maxx Krystal's.

One of these days somebody will punch this bitch right in the mouth just like they did Perez, and he'll deserve it just as much.

There are so many people that deserve a crack at this fool.

Here is an item from the "Careless Whispers" section of this weeek's SOW.

Insiders hint that there's a struggle in the writers' office of one of the two soaps just canceled by ABC. One side wants to bring back as many vets as possible, while the other side wants to focus on the current cast to wrap up the show.

Oh GOD, I hope that's not AMC. Who would the two sides be? JHC vs. Lorraine/Agnes?

I can't imagine Ronald and Frank having differing views.

Well, me too because there just isn't time for disagreement. :(

I can. RC has loves to screw with history so I could see him wanting to bring classic characters back just so he can indulge his ego. "Let's raise Megan from the dead! Let's bring back Peter Manning for the Tale of Two Todds! Let's throw Max into the mix!" Oh yeah, I can totally see it.

Put me down for OLTL. Just makes more sense. Can't imagine any AMC writers objecting to bringing back the vets at this point.

And with Agnes helping out I can see vets returning cheap as a favor to her.

Didn't Kriezman and Swajeski say something early in their run about not needing to bring back old favorites?

With that said I'm not expecting OLTL to bring anyone back. They will probably just say they brought back Howarth and now it's time to focus on the new characters and their daily reminders of how rape is love.

ATWT's last year was generally a template on how not to end a show. It's a shame that one or both ABC soaps are going the same way :(

I think it's OLTL as well. I don't think RC will bring back anyone from the past. He seems happy with this current cast of Fords people
