February 24, 201114 yr Member I also want all the soaps to have a good week and wish that OLTL can pull off Number Three in Total Viewers again.
February 24, 201114 yr Member wish that OLTL can pull off Number Three in Total Viewers again. I would love to see that again.. OLTL is arguably the best daytime soap on TV right now.
February 24, 201114 yr Member Fearless Predictions... Y&R 3.6 B&B 2.3 GH 2.0 OLTL 2.0 Days 2.0 AMC 1.9 Curious how B&B rates this week after last week's dip? Noticed CBS was running a 'Tell Us What You Think' scroll on Monday during the show which sometimes means trouble.

Noticed CBS was running a 'Tell Us What You Think' scroll on Monday during the show which sometimes means trouble. I'd be shocked if OLTL doesn't drop. And I mean DROP. It was such a disappointing week after the way sweeps started. They must have lost viewers. BB IS in trouble. GH probably gained due to the Sonny/Brenda wedding. AMC - well lets just hope they pulled out of the 0.8 18-49 rating.
February 25, 201114 yr Member GH had promos for a car bomb so I will be surprised if they don't have a fairly big gain. The car bomb stuff usually packs them in. Edited February 25, 201114 yr by CarlD2

I could see people sticking around for a few days to see the aftermath with the OLTL reveal. Sadly, the story has basically fallen apart and become dreck. I just don't think many people care about Echo+Chuckles and the 'Tess' thing is lacking. B&B jumped the shark with Bill wanting to kill Amber. Steffy hurts my eyes

GH probably gained due to the Sonny/Brenda wedding. AMC - well lets just hope they pulled out of the 0.8 18-49 rating. Watching Dani/Nate try and make out wasn't must see TV? Way to many Fords last week and this week isn't much better. I agree I think the ratings will go down.
February 25, 201114 yr Member I could see people sticking around for a few days to see the aftermath with the OLTL reveal. Sadly, the story has basically fallen apart and become dreck. I just don't think many people care about Echo+Chuckles and the 'Tess' thing is lacking. B&B jumped the shark with Bill wanting to kill Amber. Steffy hurts my eyes Charlie/Echo have hardly been on to care about. I say the teen crap or Sole part 2 people could careless about. What about Eddies killer? Can they drag it out any longer? This show has fallen apart this month and its not a good thing.

Can they drag it out any longer? This show has fallen apart this month and its not a good thing. I'm no Ford fan but think that this was the week the show 'fell apart' which won't be counted for another 7 days. I really wonder how much input/power Jean P. has. OLTL now has her feel of writing...rushed stories, connections have little purpose, dumbed down characters.

February 25, 201114 yr Member Ratings were a disaster. Was it because of Valentines Day? Not so much a disaster. Just getting back to where the were before outside factors inflated them. The spikes were the anomaly, the crash is the correction.
February 25, 201114 yr Member WOW! These are awful. The weather was great in my area. I have a feeling everyone was out and about and not watching soaps. I can just imagine what the HH numbers and Total Viewers will look like. I know a lot of primetime TV was down last week but these are just horrid. No wonder ABC is reconsidering its daytime lineup. AMC got about 479,000 viewers in the key demo. I think Valentines Day may have played a small part in this. Not so much a disaster. Just getting back to where the were before outside factors inflated them. The spikes were the anomaly, the crash is the correction. AMC, OLTL and Y&R all hit new lows. I call it a disaster.
