RE: Closing Credits Music

I still don't think it's a good fit for the show, but it sounds like they at least tried to compose something longer that they didn't have to put in a constant loop like the old theme.

That said, I wonder if they'll sell it on iTunes.

I don't think they're perfect, either of them. If they dumped them tomorrow, I would not care. Repeated listening, though, influences me, in a positive direction, albeit, yes, again, something more melodramatic and trashy would have been better.

The closing just didn't mesh with the music. All those aerial shots of Point Dume and that theme? Blah. I love those images that end every episode, though all of them are quite dated, and the typeface increases the datedness factor, but they need to figure out a way to do it differently.

Not a fan of some of the sound effects they added to the opening, I could do without the audience applause sound at the beginning. It makes it a little more realistic, but then why does it just fade away after a few seconds and then come back later? LOL I think they should just get rid of it.

I really need an avatar of this opening, I love the whole section with the 4 women walking down the runway, then Katie/Donna/Hope/Taylor/Steffy/Thomas.

Wow, I loved Bill on Friday's show when he poured his heart out to comatose Liam wub.gif Don Diamont. did a great job. IDK about anyone else, but I am not feeling Bill's plan to try to launch Amber off of that cliff. LOL the foreshadowing dreams are just so weird and I think it's to much...

You do. I want to see that.

I thought the writing was so clunky and everything was so semaphored. Just hideous. You could see every step they were going to take. And I thought Diamont sucked, while I felt Amber's anguish (yeah, I know, people will hate me for saying that). But then – she turned 180° and was all weird  to Hope, who I can't stand.

The episode was just bad.

If it hadn't been for that jumping off a Malibu cliff, it would've sucked liked rotten fish.

Lol I actually agree with the bolded & I was surprised..I felt for Amber these last two episodes!! I did not however understand why she was tame with Hope. It would have been better if she switched gears and got bitchy with her. Hope needs to just STFU and Amber shouldn't have acted so nice, despite what happened. She should be & is scared of Bill, but Hope? LOL

That ending dream with Amber falling off the cliff was pretty well done -- it wasn't even too CGI! I've been wanting somebody to do that to Amber for ever! Still, I cannot deny that when Adrienne Frantz pulls out the tears, she can be very convincing. And she is the lynchpin character in this SL, driving it along. Sure, it's a total retread of what she did to Rick but I'm ok with that. I'm also ok with the way she is locking horns with Bill.

Speaking of Bill, when is Steffy McCollagenLips going to take him on? Katie-Bill-Steffy is a triangle I would really love to see, even though I have a fondness for Bill and Katie.

The opening is growing on me. The music is great. I wish the actors' names were in upper case and the character names were in lower case, though.
