Members Cheap21
Nate Salinger.....what a f---kin idiot Joey....what a f--kin doofus Man, I feel sorry for Marty. SH killed it today. I wonder where they will go with her from here. The character truly had my sympathy today. Very heartbreaking performance
Members kitty1
I didn't feel for Marty today. I cannot keep track of her rationale. One minute she is lucid enough to trick some idiot nurse and the next she is full on crazy?? I found SH very OTT today. Just because bad things happen to you doesn't make it ok to steal someone's baby. I hope Marty is locked up at St. Ann's for a long time.

Members DRW50
What do they want with Inez? That's what I don't get. She does bad things but we always are told they aren't her fault. So she is just this directionless nobody. She's not a believable threat for Bo and Nora. Is she just there until the Fords are more entrenched and then she will take a bullet for one of them when Neville returns to town as a psycho and kidnaps Llanview's babies? Members DeeeDee
Exactly. And Jessica Leccia isn't helping cause she's not playing any beats strong enough to establish Inez's feelings or motivations about anything. Ford & James almost die? Inez stares. Clint blackmails her? Inez stares. Eddie DOES die? Inez stares. Nate sacrifices himself for her? Inez stares. Bo & Nora accuse her of setting Bo up? Inez stares. There's literally no emotional depth to Inez beyond staring (except Tea speaking to her in Spanish & she smiled for 5 seconds). Indeed.

Members SFK
Exactly. It's just a vacuum of blank "But it's not my fault" crap, her utter inactivity is what's most frustrating about her. She just sits there with big eyes and a "Well what do you want me to do?" look on her face. She's a non-victim victim, when she's "helping her boys out" she's really not helping them at all... I can't help but think that her weakness/wackness is in part even more Ford propping. Like, "Well look at who Bobby had for a role model!" As for Joey, he is suddenly dumber than he's ever been before. Great. You can't tell me that a man goes through what he did with Dorian and didn't pick up a thing or two. I hate how he's someone new with every recast merely with the thread of "sensitive". I don't think he's going to last even a year. Aubrey and Cutter will be around longer than him. I'm still mad that they took Marty down the crazy route. Grabbing babies that do not belong to you and declaring that they are your own is grounds for immediate expulsion to the loony bin. How long will this charade go on?
Members MichaelGL
Have Dorian and Joey had any scenes since TD took over the role? If so, did they address Dorian and Joey's history?
Members SFK
There may have been more, but they bumped into each other at a restuarant (The Palace?) I think his first day back home. You know, "Hello Dorian."/"Hello Joe."-type thing.
Members Scotty
Boy this takes me back.... http://www.hulu.com/watch/207549/one-life-to-live-first-time-bo-tells-nora-he-loves-her#s-p1-sr-i1 ABC/Hulu has a video clip up from the first time Bo told Nora he loved her. OLTL was so much better back then...
Members dragonflies
+2 I'm kind of glad they didn't go with Josh Kelly as Joey. He just doesn't look right for the part.
Members DRW50
I think he could have been OK, with the proper writing, but that won't happen with Joey. You could cast a young Brando as Joey and he'd still be a nobody. The only thing that bothers me about Kelly is that he looks so much like a million other "edgy" actors who generally get by more on their abs than much else. But again, that's probably the writing, and at least he is making an effort, which is more than I can say for most of OLTL's younger men.
