Elizabeth is such a hasbeen on GH that her exit would make virtually no impact on the soap. She's dried up and its a shock that she's still around. The character is a shell of her former self and she needed to be axxed a while ago.

Also Alicia Minshew I think is a possibility.

But I still think it's Susan Haskall.
