Ah yes, it's all coming back. Ugh, cry me a river. If they had a problem with one of their actors being "'unavailable'" which is Bitchese for, "You know he's got nothing else booked, he just doesn't feel like working and would rather be out partying", offer him a contract or recast his ass. Whose the captain of the ship here? Way to spread the blame. Just own that the higher ups didn't want Kish, regardless of the gays in primetime, this is daytime. Irresponsible actors do not bring about the end of characters in the medium that invented the recast.

One thing I have always liked about Soapnet is that they show the episode that day in its entirety even when the show was mostly preempted. If the show was on even a little bit Soapnet shows the whole show later. Does that happen online?

The truth is out there-P&G playing the victim card to the press and NPR confirming that P&G did want out of the soap game for years and that the final crappy season of GL finally made sense

I never saw this, but I always believed it to be true. At least MADD and her big mouth weren't still running the P&G ship. As for ATWT Goutman pulling a Jon Conboy is why that show sucked a lot in 2010.

All this time and Nelson still won't acknowledge his own part in the Kish debacle. *shakes head*

I don't think Nelson wrote up this article. I think it was Michael Logan since it's from TV Guide. Nelson is from TV Guide Canada, I just came across his B&W article this morning. Any of his choices a surprise?? LOL

LOL! No. That's a pretty predictable list but I am glad that I was mistaken about the OP being from Branco. That would've been a psychotic level of denial.

Nelson was basically trying to play both sides to keep getting access. So he went with the ABC PR flack smear of the two actors playing Kish, while still "supporting" the story and decrying those tactics. His behavior is consistently ridiculous. It mystifies me as to who at ABC thought a smear job was a good idea, though.

Don't these shows realize they only hurt themselves when they do stupid stuff like punishing someone like Logan for giving an opinion about a storyline? It's not like he's the only person who hated that storyline. What next are they gonna ban viewers too?
