She might be the greatest, most wonderful young actress ever. But she doesn't look like Lily to me, LoL. I cannot see her and Daniel together (and that's not because Christel Kahlil 'looked' more like a white girl, LoL). She doesn't look like sweet young Lily for the sweet young Lily/Daniel pairing.

She DEFINETLY doesn't look like Lily to me. It might just be the photo is a !@#$%^&*] harsh looking, and Lily is anything but harsh.

I don't know about this one, but I will reserve judgement until I see her in action.

Well....if she can act then great for Y&R. Usually, they do a great job when it comes to casting. Very rarely do they find "pretty face, no talent" and put them on air. I hope she does a good job. The previous Lily was well loved by a lot of people.

I loved her in "Platinum".

Cady is set to be at the studio tomorrow, but I don't think she's taping. JHC is holding a mandatory lunch meeting for all cast tomorrow. I remember if something big is going down at the show.

I really don't care who plays her... I am not really all that interested in a Lily return.... in fact I am pretty much dreading it.

Hmmm, lets hope NuLily has Dru's attitude. But then again i wont be watching. What they did to me Sheels is unforgiveable. Good luck to the new gal anyway.

Cristel Khalil was a good actress, but I never bought her as the child of Dru and Neil (well I guess Malcolm) physically. She just seemed off to me. Im looking forward to seeing this new girl and I hope she comes on harder. Like the rest said, she'd be more like her mother

At first I was a little shocked for two reasons...

1. She's black

2. She looks like she could be Dru and Neil's spawn!

I can see her rocking with Victoria Rowell if they decide to give her a tiny bit of edge. I really hope Lily doesn't come back to town the same naive idiot who left.

She really does look tough/rough. Wasn't Lily sweet and innocent and everything. I might tune in to see her acting. Haven't watch YR in months.

Can anyone confirm that Christel Khalil was not African-American? Personally I always had my doubts, but you really can't look at someone and know their ethnic makeup.
