OLTL sure likes adding and adding to their cast.

Yes, and yet most of these recent hires can be seen as "dead weight"

So this makes 3 people joining the show in November, they need to slow the hell down considering they are still pushing the Fords down our throat.

Would rather have Kevin stick around instead, but that's never going to happen.

We should have figured this after reading Peck was up for the role of Joey.

wait Austin Peck is her bf? Isn't she married? Did I miss something juicy, LOL

. A casting notice that went out a few weeks ago described the character as, "a beautiful, sexy, Caucasian in her mid-20s-30s.

good lord, wasnt there a casting call on Days a few weeks ago for a beautiful sexy Caucasian from 25-35? Can they please start casting other types?

OLTL can have her, I'm just glad that she isn't a Marissa recast on AMC.

OLTL sure likes adding and adding to their cast.

+1 I really was worried she'd be hired to AMC

OLTL has only hired 3 actors for contract roles to come to the show. The rest of the recent actors hired in the recent months are all on recurring. So none of this is hurting OLTL's budget. OLTL is still within their budget.

She was married. So was he. Last summer, rumor had it their affair wasn't well received behind the scenes. After Peck got fired last fall, suddenly it was "leaked" to Nelson Branco that Peck was fired over it (while refusing to confirm who the "lady" in question was...*eyeroll*) Branco named Michael Park outright as leading the charge to get Peck out. Park and Peck played brothers on the show, and Park's character ended up killing Peck's.

Flashforward a year, and Peck and Columbino officially appeared as a couple at the emmys. Peck's now in one of those cheesy "testimonial" stain fighter ads and there's a small pic of them inset.

that's awful. I can't stand cheating, and imagine how that affected the show. I hope she doesn't cause problems on OLTL

Nelson pretty much alluded them as having an affair. Katie got divorced a few months later then news came that Peck & Columbino were a couple.
