Is anyone else surprised that they killed off Veronica/Marta 7 episodes in? I thought she'd stick around longer and be a thorn in John Ross's side longer before she went off the deep end and tried to kill someone.

I'm reading that Ann's big secret is that there are plastic surgery rumors about it. Please don't tell me they're going to make her Pam post p.s. *smh*

14 | On Dallas, shouldn’t Marta’s lifeless body have been swarmed by frantic hotel staff? (P.S. to John Ross c/o Political Animals: Never call a bitch a bitch; them bitches don’t like that.) And how well-mannered is Rebecca? First, she gives a dainty gift basket to Elena — whose wedded bliss she years ago derailed in the name of a long con — and then she apologizes for hurling in her powder room. Emily Post would be proud. Lastly, could Ann’s big secret be the wild “plastic surgery” theory that’s been making rounds? Or is it just some long-lost kid thing?

I don't think the show's all that bad, aside from Jesse Metcalf who is ATROCIOUS. He ruins the show for me.

I did like the use of Lucy and Sue Ellen in this last episode. I only wish they'd filmed Marta's fall a bit differently. The UK soap 'EastEnders' had someone commit suicide onto a car from a rooftop. They filmed the car, the license plate, the thud of the body hitting the car and then panned up to the body. That's what I would have liked to see for Marta's demise.

No. She looked like she was destined for just a short time

I was an extra in the scene where Marta died and I was shocked at what they showed. They filmed a lot more with us extras and our initial reaction before John Ross came out. Maybe that'll come in a flashback when they show if Marta killed herself or was thrown.

Ugh, I am so stupid! I keep thinking the show comes on at 10. Oh well, it'll be back on at 11, right?

Yes, it is repeated at 11. As much as I love that the show was all taped in Dallas...I wish it would have been taped in LA. The sets in LA are superior to the Dallas ones.

This was another pretty good episode. I knew they were actually a couple. I am glad the Anne subplot was ignored, it was pointless, as is she. It was also nice to see the family pull together.

This was the first good episode. It had a lot of Sue Ellen and family. Josh Henderson will be on Live with Kelly tomorrow.
