After last night's episode I'm convinced this plot with the baby's heart is just a way of expediting forgiveness within the quad, which would feel cheap were it not for the visceral performances in the four-hander. So I don't mind if this leads to Naz and Esther being able to move past it all. That is provided the baby survives of course. If the baby does die then argghhh....
