I am sure TPTB will have a great casting idea for Neil Winters' estranged mother. How about Debbie Allen from Fame?? How about Neil Fenmore being Nina's FATHER? This way Jill and Nina are half-sisters. Flo Webster can return for a few episodes played by Bo Morgan Fairchild.
