I was kinda with him until I saw Crystal Khalil and it went downhill from there. Chad Duell? The guy's only been on the show for a month!

Jamie Luner shouldnt have been on this list. Theres never been anything wrong with her acting on the show. The writing for her improved, thats all

I agree NP is not improved, only because I think he was great from day one. From the day he arrived he showed his charming comedic side doing shtick with TG and he won me over the day he shared a scene with Constance Towers and did synchronized lines with TG.

Galen Gering I think is an interesting actor because he doesn't actually need talent. He just has to smile and be charming, and that's all he needs to sell himself thanks to his good looks. I guess that limits him in one regard, but it gives him great leeway to not have be the next Brando.

what an awful list.

Galen & Molly? Much improved, but they improved LAST YEAR. Molly really toned it down and started to improve when they paired her with Suzanne Rogers. Galen was instantly better on Days than he was in Passions and last year he was really good when Grace died and all of that went on.

Chad Duell? I like him fine as michael, but why is he here? Hes more natural now and use to it but not better.

Jason Tam & Jamie Lunar have always been great, they just had awful writing.

Doesn't Jake Silbermann make this list every other year?

In regards to Amelia, I guess trying too hard is better than being comatose. Of course Amelia didn't improve on her own:

Funny, I don't remember him saying he liked Clementine Ford when she was paired with Billy.

At that time they were trashing Ford nonstop to try to prop Chilly. I wonder if MAB or someone else at the show told them Chilly were done for good.

Beyond that, if I had to guess I would say that Billy has become less and less popular the more the show has shoved him at people, and they felt he could no longer withstand YET ANOTHER failed pairing. So instead of trashing Heinle as they did Ford, they now have to fawn over Heinle, to help their beloved Billy.

3. Jake Silbermann (Noah Mayer, As The World Turns)

Despite his insane popularity as one half of soaps’ first groundbreaking same-sex super couples, Silbermann was lazily riding on his looks and chemistry opposite his much more talented on-screen partner, Van Hansis, for far too long. But this past year, the often-paralyzed Silbermann saw the light when Noah lost his eyesight. Silbermann didn’t rely on soap opera clichés like histrionics to portray Noah’s blindness, but an array of brave acting choices that resulted in Noah finally becoming a real, viable soap character we could relate to. While he still has a lot of learning ahead of him, Silbermann surprisingly held his own as Noah struggled to adapt to a new, scary world.

I truly have no respect for Branco. He is the most erratic "journalist" I have ever seen. He loved Jacqueline MacInnes Wood when she first joined B&B, then soured on her, now thinks she's great again. So, he's cool with Amelia Heinle now. Yet just a WEEK ago, he talked about Gina Tognoni on OLTL and said "Is it too late to get her to sign with Y&R as nuVictoria?" On May 17, he says, "Who else thought One Life’s highly touted musical was pretty amazing?" Three weeks later, he calls the musical "lame"? Huh? How can you respect someone whose opinions are so inconsistent?
