It should be stand alone. The whole idea behind these is (I think) to build audience interest among the ABCD lineup as a whole. Not to have any effect on the individual shows or their stories. As far as campy, it's ABC. 'Nuff said.

I must admit Spinelli and Todd looks like fun.

Todd reminded me of how Sonny acts with Spinelli in that scene
