I didn't find Sunday's RHOA to be boring. It was more lowkey and slice of life which is what Housewives used to be in their early years. However, if their individual lives are boring, well, then you have a boring episode, lol. Lots of Angela but I wasn't bored. I don't think Britt and her nose were featured at all.

I see both sides of Shamea vs. Porsha but I'm more Team Shamea. I loved how half their conversation was a total 4th wall breaker, discussing how the show, Porsha on-camera vs. off-camera, and Shamea's peach-holding status has affected their relationship.

Side note: Wow, they actually let Cynthia utter the name Nene in her confessional. Also, I don't know what's going on in Cynthia's personal life, but they really should've just upped her to peach status. She's the real heart of this group.

I agree. It was an episode that let individual women and their stories breathe, and the central SL of Shamea-Porsha was allowed to percolate before heading towards another confrontation.

I appreciated the realness of the 4th-wall conversation because that made a lot of sense in terms of why their friendship was where it is. It wasn't some contrived story to cover the fact that it was the show which drove them apart. Similarly, Angela and Charles seemed to be reacting to being filmed as much as talking about their issues.

Couldn't agree more about Cynthia. She handled both Shamea and Porsha with affection and empathy. She brings the group together.

Same. It's another case of Passing the Peach Flower. A shame Production just can't trust their gut.

I thought about posting because I know Jassi has plenty of fans over here, but I didn't want to get anyone too excited...?

How you feel about the fact everyone is coming for Stacey so far if rumors can be believed?

There's 11 women at that event!  I hope they new girls dont do the most for airtime but I kinda expect them too so they dont fade into the background and end up not gettinig considered to move on

I like Stacey so Im not here for her being the target. She's quick though so I think she can at least handle herself

So true. I wish they would just decide from the start so they can try to form a cohesive (but fun) season. Things like this will only derail it. And I know they will be acting up to get that flower.

Well...Wendy did try to warn her at the reunion. lol. I cannot wait to see what Stacey does...and where Wendy falls in the mess.

Because I know you will find it hilarious @Cat...there's going to be a Clueless themed party this weekend. Sadly I can't go :( but given what happened on NY this past season, I figured you would get a good giggle at that.

This past season of the NY reboot. Episode 5 I believe. It got a tv spot and everything. I think the ladies thought it was silly given how old the movie is. So it's funny that I got invited by a friend to one a few weeks back. And reminded. lol. It was a cute little Housewives party.

I would love to go to a clueless party. I was shocked by some of their reactions given most of them are millennials. Anything from the 90’s and early 2000’s is my [!@#$%^&*] as an 88 baby.

@Taoboi @Antoyne There's something very comforting and entertaining about many 90s flicks. Point Break is still my favorite action movie of all time, and i can quote Clueless verbatim. It's such a comfort movie. And LOL funny.

The reason Erin, Sai, etc, turned their nose up at Jessel's Clueless party was bc they were jealous of her being an audience favorite. They wanted to mask it behind being snooty about a party concept.

As an 80s child, I completely understand. I didn't get their hatred either. And I was living for Jessel's clothes changes. THAT'S how you do a party and be an awesome host. She was giving.

I am hoping my friend post pictures from the party later on. I wished I could have gone rather than deal with rude holiday guests. So many people (and Cat) know how much I loooooove CLUELESS when I first saw it.

FACTS. There's quite a few that if I see them on tv, I will watch. And the genre does not matter. Anything from that time period just hits just right. I am getting to the point I might have to do a rewatch because I can't do verbatim like I used to. It only took a decade. :D :D

Same. Erin can do good parties, but Jessel completely showed them how it's REALLY done. They can stay pressed.

F*ck Brit Eady to the window to the wall.

Speaking of that scallop, that event has to be the most tacky event of all time. It just shows how lackluster and unqualified she is to hold a peach.

Speaking of unqualified peach-holders, Phelon Parks immediately springs to mind. I knew they were going to inject that blow-up doll in the last 10 minutes of the show where she'd do nothing but insult people she's never met and not take accountability for her previous actions. And Bravo expects her to "save" the show? Child, bye.

Brit's broke azz had an event but can only afford to feed the cast, not any of her guests. GGGIIIIRRRRRLLL!!!!!

rhoa-kenya-moore.gif

That event was a hot mess!  She really wants us to believe she was shopping for Ferraris earlier this season, when she cant even afford plates for her guests?

Also ya'll catch her saying her insurance license is on hold? First she lost it, then it was under investigation, now its on hold (what does that even mean)? She's lied and told us multiple variations of this story

I don't believe anything she says about her license. She just probably was not any good at it and decided to have a fake HW's business by going into the already overcrowded shapewear market.

Trust and believe that product will never see the light of day.

Brit is a one and done HW. I cannot fathom Bravo bringing her back.
