That's the benefit, it doesn't affect pigmentation...but what the Dermaroller achieves is comparable to Retin A, which skin of colour tolerates really well.

That little tool looks scary, could never use that on myself like I've seen people use similar tools on YouTube. One called the DermaStamp (?) looked more like a dog's slicker brush and the guy just went over his face prick-prick-pricking himself, aerating his facial lawn. :P I can no longer use Retin-A, breaks me out in dermatitis.

Have you heard of this at-home microdermabrasion kit called DermaNew? I ask because it's by the same people who created Susan Lucci's Youthful Essence (Dean and Amby Rhoades) and I'm thinking, wow, what a conflict of interest there. Totally reminds me of how the creators of Proactiv, Drs. Rodan and Fields, started their own, very similar line after they were apparently no longer involved with Proactiv. What Proactiv and Youthful Essence have in common is Guthy-Renker, and I guess the creators have got some deal where they sold their products to GR yet they have some legal agreement where they're still permitted to create similar, competitive products.

Susan Lucci's Youthful Essence is what pays for her actual youthful essence: plastic surgery and injections.

Sissy Spacek said she got a nose job as a a very young woman and she regretted it, didn't she? And that's why she never did anything to try to correct it?

She had one of those old school rhinos that look like the Concorde's parked on your face. The Dr. Diamond nose. SO many ladies of her generation... But yeah, she'd have to build it back up, seems like they always took too much back in the day. Rue McClanahan is another one, they made her nose a tad too small for her face.

Yeah, it's pinched and upturned, and you can hear it in her speaking voice.

Jill St. John's another one who's had nose work, apparently her mom had it done when she was little so she'd photograph better (!). I really noticed how... interesting her nose looks when watching those Emerald Point episodes. The columella (yes, I had to look that up) is unusually wide.

Oh! Speaking of Jill, I've been meaning to ask this for days, did anyone catch that Magic Awards show she and her husband Robert Wagner hosted a few weeks ago? The audience was full of L.A. soap stars, many of whom presented. It was D-Listious. :P

All this talk of rhinoplasty's making me think of that one "Designing Women" where Bernice Clifton had her nose done. Especially loved the part where Suzanne started crying b/c Bernice's new nose made her think of Noel. Charlene: "Oh, you're missin' your pig, aren't you?" LOL!

Hahaha, yes, that's a classic ep. Bernice looked frightening, like that pig mask Twilight Zone ep.

Awww, Noel. Suzanne at Christmas: Now play The First Noel for my pig. ^_^

I was watching Castle and saw William R. Moses, and that made me think of Lorenzo Lamas. How much do you think Lorenzo has had done?

Oh God, do you rmember that "Are You Hot?" show he used to host where he'd bust out the laser pointer?

I had blocked that show out...until now.

William R. Moses always looked like a creepy pervert to me.

Agreed. Someone should notify the casting director at "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," b/c he'd make a perfect perp-of-the-week. ;-P

There is something awfully spooky about him, I just can't see him in a 'normal' role.

DaytimeFan, I heard that Lulu was on the One Show a few days ago before they were preempted for political stuff and that she could barely move her face from a recent procedure. Did you hear about that?
