Members All My Shadows
Oh, please stop. Why is she getting paid to churn out the same old [!@#$%^&*]? I can not wait!! to see the three-hour crossover events.
Members Sylph
This is just [!@#$%^&*]!!! I cannot believe that I've just read this! ABC people are out of their mind!
Members All My Shadows
Have you looked at the pilots in development for 10-11 yet? All of it...just about every single one of them on ABC/CBS/NBC contain at least one of the following words: doctor, lawyer, police, agency, government, forensics, etc etc etc blah blah blah
Members Sylph
Yes. ABC also picked: Weeds 2.0 and Lost-esque Flashbacks Saturation v35.7...
Members Juliajms
The lack of innovation is disappointing, but I guess I'll take Weeds and Lost 2.0 over ER and LA Law redux 1,000.
Administrator Toups Posted January 20, 2010 Administrator Share Posted January 20, 2010 I'll definitely watch "Generation Y" and maybe "Cutthroat" depending on the casting. The sad thing is, I'll also probably watch Shonda's new show. LOL This show is so going to be on at 8pm Thursdays for a 3 hour Shonda block! Members All My Shadows
Pretty much. I think I cam across several Weeds wannabes in development but not necessarily ordered to pilot. Generation Y is Lost meets the short-lived Reunion.

Members Chris B
All sound terrible. And can Shonda do anything different? She started off hot, but I need to see her branch out. I wish instead of Private Practice, the Grey's spin-off was more of a Knots Landing to Grey's Dallas. Strong connections, but two completely unique shows that stand on their own. If PP wasn't following Grey's it would've been canceled ages ago.
Members DRW50
Shonda is her own biggest fan, if those cackling podcasts she and her galpals do are any indication. I wonder if she will give her pal Isaiah a job.
Administrator Toups Posted January 21, 2010 Administrator Share Posted January 21, 2010 Shonda a pilot about reporters last year (or the year before) but ABC didn't pick it up.
Members bellcurve
She should have trashed up Private Practice and made it all campy and Melrose-like.
Members Sylph
Oh, enough! Knots Landing, Knots Landing, Knots Landing, Knots Landing, Knots Landing, blah, blah, blah, blah!
Members marceline
Most of these shows won't even see a full season. We're talking about ABC, the rich man's FOX.
