She's 63....lol.....damn..she had a lot of work done...she looks younger than me and I havent hit 40 yet....lol

She's had very basic stuff done--when you analyze it it does show (as much as I hate to admit) how a plastic surgeon can do a GOOD job (something the casts of B&B and DAYS may wanna pay attention to) when used sparingly.

She's really an awesome lady and the nicest celeb I ever met.

I'm sure she is, Eric. Still, it is more than a little bit weird that La Lucci looks younger now than she did 20 years ago.

Where's DaytimeFan. This is usually when DaytimeFan chimes in on celebs and plastic surgery. Anyway, La Lucci looks great, don't hate!

Happy birthday to Susan Lucci, master of PR, and being one of the best possible soap ambassadors, and not too bad an actress either. And the center of some of my favorite soap plots of the 90s, like her pill addiction, and burying Kinder.

Happy Birthday to my very first childhood crush who undoubtedly put the petite brunette germ in my brain!

Search old posts, DaytimeFan and I had some detailed discussions on her judicious journey in aesthetics.

As an actress she is just ok....she is nothing to write home about. I think she is overrated as an actress.

I think she was seen as such a bad actress for such a long time (or just as the epitome of people's ideas about soap acting) that expectations for her were very lowered. She's not a wonderful actress but I think she's better than she was once given credit for. She did some very, very good work in the Kendall story, pill addiction, Bianca's anorexia and coming out, Bianca's rape, etc.

Even if La Lucci is not the best actress in daytime, she is an icon and is very very nice with her fans. She is one of the first stars I have written to and she answered very quickly with a nice letter. I have deep respect for her. I guess we should be lucky to have her on soaps these days.

She's really good at comedy. I wish ABC had given her a chance on a sitcom.

Happy Birthday to La Lucci! Here's to her getting a better storyline in 2010 that does NOT involve Ryan sniffing her girdle, she deserves a real front burner storyline that doesn't involve her being with her Grandsons dad. Jerica neds to come back :) . Hope her day goes well, she is a true icon, and a jewel to AMC eternally.

With all the talk about the mid-1990's Broderick era, I see old clips and I miss the "ethnic" looking Lucci

I always wonder what she would've looked like if she had aged naturally. We'll never know.
