I don't know who my ideal replacements are right now, but Maria Arena Bell, Hogan Sheffer, and most definitely Scott Hamner would all be fired.

My cast list would be much shorter too, and as this regime has shown, they cannot write for half of their cast, which is why they all need to be replaced.

A show that has three HW's is not a show with a cohesive vision. This show needs a strong leader, in the form of both a HW and EP, I'd prefer these positions to be held by two different people. If the HW must have a Co-HW, then OK, but not three damn HW's, please.
