The show holds the record for the most wins in this prestigious category, with a total of 10. Four different actresses have taken home the gold in this category, more than any other soap. Eight different actresses have been nominated. During two separate periods of three consecutive years, from 1980-82 and from 1994-96, OLTL was the winner in this category! And in four different years, there were double nominees from OLTL.
