So, this Nightline episode is airing in like 15 minutes, anyone watching?

If I can stay awake, I am

And little and grown boys watch soaps too.

This one did, anyway. And boy, did I get my ass beat down on the playground when the others found out. (Word to the wise: taping SOD covers to one's desk at school? Not the best of ideas.)

I am. But at 11:00 my TMZ comes on and I'm not missing it, not even for Susan Lucci!

Wow - could ABC pat themselves more on the back?

ETA: Agnes!!!!!!!! So glad to see her, if only for a moment

Ted Koppel never would've allowed such blatant self-aggrandizing on his broadcast.

Then again, that's probably why TK no longer hosts "Nightline".

A more interesting story would have been about why soaps are lucky to get 3 million viewers these days. Hint: The recession ain't got jack to do with it.

ETA: Though I have to say...SuLu, CamMat, and Agnes!! "Erica Kane is not a bitch."

Agnes! :) but she looks like she is failing :( Didn't look very good.

Julie Hanan Carruthers, STFU! We could put our actors in front of a black curtain and viewers would still watch? New production model on the way?

Which means it ends six minutes after TMZ starts. Luckily the segment ended before.

JHC, is such an idiot. She needs to learn to practice good posture. Her leaning forward to the camera, I don't know what that was. As for the black curtain, someone needs to put her behind a curtain and out of sight and sound! She's a fool!

Frank Valentini is so cute, I never knew he looked like that.

I love Agnes, she's up there in age, but she's still sharp. I did not like that they said "Agnes Nixon who created All My Children..." ummm... she created One Life to Live too, assholes! They couldn't say that she created both?

Well a good story would certainly help, but we obviously aren't going to get that anytime soon  Not one good enough to negate the fact that the set is a black curtain. I understand it was a metaphor and she is probably right, but its just the woman has lost any credibility she once had (if she ever did) The woman irritates me when she is faceless...... now that I have seen her face ARGH! I loathe this woman.
