With the exception of Brandon Buddy, I enjoyed today's show.

Jack was hilarious. he actualyl didn't bug the hell out of me today.

As for Dorian and Ray, why OLTL, why? These two are fantastic together.

I'm pretty sure that after today, we're supposed to believe that Starr does not have all her marbles.

One thing OLTL never gets credit for is it's -not run of the mill- colorful soap characters

Like Starr when she was a demon child, Jack the serial killer in the making, David..Roxie..

There are not characters like this on the other shows.

Compare Y&R's mopey sophisticates to this, it is very different.

SUE ME BUT I THINK BRANDON BUDDY IS A GOOD ACTOR AND VERY, VERY ATTRACTIVE. Those eyes. Damn!

+scurries away ducking head, in shame++

ITA!

If OLTL plays their cards right, they could have daytime's first great young gay villain on their hands. The sh!t will really hit the fan if they wait until he's a teenager to tell him Daddy sold him at birth because he thought Max Holden fathered him. Andrew Van de Kamp wouldn't have nothing on Jack Manning.

This is EXACTLY why Todd should not have custody. Jack was absolutely fine the past year when Todd had little to no contact with him. He's been seeing him the past few weeks and now all of a sudden he's starting to pick up most of Todd's bad habits. Imagine if he lived with his father full time. Blair needs to come homeput a stop to this ASAP

Starr is a psycho! She's turning into skank and I cant stand it. Maybe with a different actress it might be semi tolerable but Im having a hard time watcing KA play these scenes. It might be bc we watched her grow up in the role. This also goes against the character of Starr. When did she become all about sex and trying to seduce older men? She only had sex one time and it was an isolated event which was caused with her facing the fact that she might never see Cole. That one event changed her life and she was faced with a big lesson. I cant see her being so wreckelss and irresponsible now as if she's forgotten everything she went through the past year. I cringed watching her trying to take off her pants and give Schuyler free sex. She's a desperate mess and Im also wondering if she's inherited the Lord DID. She definetly has the Cramer Crazy

I agree with you about the colorful characters....David, Roxy, Addie, Nigel, etc.., Llanview is certainly full of them, and that's what makes the town so down to earth.

But okay....I will sue you over that last comment. I feel just the opposite about him...somebody pass the bucket. :P

I think Brittany Underwood is hot, but then again so is Kristen Alderson is a different kind of way. And while I'm not gay, if I were I would prefer Jason Tam over Brandon Buddy. Just sayin'.

Little Starr is all of 13 and looks like a strung out little street walker.

I wish I liked Kristen Alderson but the "budding sexuality" leading lady quality that this role requires is NOT for her. I makes nearly anything she does unwatchable. She would be a wonderful "best friend"- In reality, SHE should be playing Langston, and Langston would make an excellent Starr. I find it interesting how Lang Lang isn't on at all.

And I am so enjoying Stacey and I hope the show can just give this character a few shades of grey. And yeah, I know Crystal is not the deepest actress but she is 100% better than Farah and sex beast Starr.

I've always more or less liked Starr but this recent storylien and its dialogue is doing the woman NO favours. How embarassing and any moment I feel like they're gonna change her into Glenn Close and have her boiling bunnies and shouting "I WILL NOT BE IGNORED"

And Shane is just awful. I used to think he was a decent child actor but ever since they put the skull cap on him he's delievered every line, it seems, WRONGLY, grinning maniacally at bizarre points, etc. Maybe this is leading to something--maybe HE will turn out to be the serial killer! Brilliant!

LOL.Oh Eric, you have no idea how much I agree with you. The kid who plays Shane KILLS me, in a bad way. I am still BEGGING anyone who has Monday's OLTL on their DVR to gt out your camera, and take a picture of Shane's "grin" at the end of that show (Not only can you see, you know who, not crying, yet pretending too, you can see the most hilarious ending to OLTL ever. If wouldn't have deleted it it would totally be my new avatar.

He has only gotten worse as this storyline has progressed.

This storyline could have really resonated with a strong cast. I have said it before, i have never seen OLTL have so many bad actors in major storylines.

Crystal is playing the role perfectly, as written. In her case the writing is simply plot driven and manipulative. Now, if the show asks her to play emotion and she cannot play anything with depth- like you know who, then I will be all over her. You know who was an excellent younger actress, Jennifer Finnegan. Picture her 10 years ago, playing Farah's role.

I don't understand actors who cannot pull off sadness and despair, it is what soaps are based on. It pisses me off that bad acting is allowed and I totally understand my friends of mine make fun of me for watching "this sh-t.".

    • Oh wow that’s pretty awesome! I wish I had  approached him but there was so many people
    • In the current environment, while it's small, there is a crumb of good news: Apparently, San Antonio voted for a DEMOCRATIC mayor, Gina Ortiz, beating the "right-hand man" of Gov. Greg Abbott, former Texas Secretary of State Rolando Pablos. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5337199-gina-ortiz-jones-wins-san-antonio/
    • Love this! You are both adorable. Wow
    • I have not gone back to watch much of 1987, but from what I've seen lately, it doesn't feel like the writers or producers had any sort of plan. The show feels as if it's constantly in flux.  I will give it credit for this. It's watchable for the most part minus Lisa/Jamie which I find nearly unwatchable now.   I don't find Cheryl mousy. I think she has a lot of quiet strength, but she was saddled with the Scott romance which the writers did not invest in. She had a good friendship with Julie (also criminally underused), and her interactions with Ada were enjoyable as well. I also like Layman, but Spencer was extremely talented and when Cass returns, Schnetzer and Spencer have some wonderful scenes. Spencer also fits in with Alexander, Hogan, and Marie.  I'd forgotten just how much I missed seeing Wallingford. IT was so good to see him again. Even when they didn't have a major plot, Felicia/Cass/Wallingford/Mitch always brings a smile to my face.
    •   Dani’s cute ass party planner. He gave me some tea but I was so drunk I don’t remember it.
    • NBC must have been grateful to have LHOTP, it's only hit and still strong after several seasons. Their next established show was Rockford Files at 45th. They didn't develop any comedies and relied on movies and mini series  which didnt establish viewer loyalty and habits. Their only new hit was mid season's Project UFO which debuted Feb up against Rhoda/On Our Own on CBS and How the West Was Won on ABC. It opened with a strong 36 share beating CBS and close to ABC as HTWWW had a 36 share over 3 hours. The next week UFO saw a respectable 32 share, then a 31 so it was slipping. A 28 share followed but a few weeks later it jumped back up to a 34. So no blockbuster but compared to what else they had, there was potential, So next season NBC sent it to Thursday up against Mork and The Waltons and it bombed.  They were smart to see potential in Chips, which took off on Saturdaysnext season. ABC was on a roll with Love Boat, 3's Company, Taxi, Eight is Enough adding to their hits. Their only real flops were Redd Foxx and San Pedro Beach Bums, an Aaron Spelling misfire. Like Redd Foxx, Harvey Korman was lured to ABC but his series was a filler that did well but was considered a time slot hit. Nancy Walker and Rob Reiner were also given series on the philosophy that not only were they popular names, their absence from popular shows like Sanford, Rhoda and All in the Family might weaken those shows. CBS were relying on old favorites. Betty White was strong the first few weeks then faded. Incredible Hulk was their strongest newbie. It was lucky for CBS that NBC was doing so badly or else some of their weaker shows would have really suffered.
    • That outfit looks like something Martin would wear lol.
    • Omg not we both ran into people from the show this weekend!
    • I guess he was let out the gates, because he's outside.
