Maybe recasting Scott's a way of helping him.

There's a new audition script out for a character named "Brody" but his character basically reads like it's Scott Chandler.......

I hope he's received a personality transplant. Scott was always a complete and total bore IMO.

I hope it's Brooke or Liza. But "engerizing the and the audience and the casting part makes me think it's a recast too. Adam needs some more family and a woman to spar with Erica over his attention. I can't think of anyone else it could be.

I would guess that it's Liza. The character has connections to just about everyone on the canvass. Hell, they could even re-ignite the Jake/Colby sperm/paternity thing. Beth Ehlers was originally supposed to be a recast Liza, so they definitely have story in mind for the character. I could see Pratt hiring one of his Melrose buddies like Kelly Rutherford or Josie Bissett. I always thought Beth Chamberlin would've made a great Liza, but her loyalty is seems to be with GL. I do wish it was Julia Barr, but between Frons' ageism and the bitter comments she made when leaving, I don't see him asking her back. Does Pratt even know who the character is? LOL

Hmm...having Scott around should mean more Stuart, but I doubt it'd actually go that way.

Maybe its Kathleen Noone as Ellen Dalton. Charles Pratt might bring his Sunset Beach actors over.

Maybe Ellen and Mark could come back. Erica could use her own storyline outside of Bianca's or Kendall's lives. But in this case, I still guess Liza.

Who knows, keeping with his tradition..... maybe its another creation of "the writer" to be brought back to be put to death.

Jonathan Lavery perhaps, recasted..... as a launching point of yet another Ryan arc.

You could also include Opal, Palmer, and Jesse under Skye. Opal pushed for the Skye/Will relationship while Palmer was unhappy about it. In fact, that pairing really played up the Adam/Palmer rivalry.

I agree that the tease sounds like a big or biggish name in a recast role.

Recasting Brooke would be an abomination, a thinly veiled slap in JB's face. I pray that it never happens, and I doubt that it will.

I'm kind of through with Dixie. I don't like being yo-yo'd with no payoff. Either bring her back and in one week explain where the hell she's been and let's be done with it or just forget about it. Annoying.

Julie Chandler should return. She's related to Erica, Adam, and Palmer.
