I was also missing Annie :) KILL GREENLEE DEAD! At least Ryan admitted it was either no one's or everyone's fault that all the marriages fell apart. Though I still think he gets a bigger chunk of the blame ;)

I felt bad that Tad wouldn't let Krystal see Jenny with everything she's been through with Babe. That being said, she did dump the kids on Opal to go have sex with David, so... she dug her own grave, lol. David's a bad man :P

Glad to see Jesse and Angie played WITHOUT the Rebecca story. Reminds me that they're integral to the cast.

Frankie was being a douche. I wasn't expecting his reaction with Randi to be like that. Poor Randi. :( Stupid undercover cop didn't realize she was kidding.

Aidan is starting to annoy/bore me. And it was nice seeing Jack. :)

Go Tad! Now Krystal remembers she has a child? She kept running off at all times of the day dropping Jenny off on Opal or anyone else who would take her. She'd leave Tad with her while she went and clinged on David. Instead of taking comfort in her baby, she prefered to betray her family. Are we supposed to feel sorry for her? She's in no shape to be raising a baby right now

Aidan STFU. Can he be anymore annoying?

Im also glad Annie's back. I was missing her big time

I was glad to see Annie again, too. Her dream was so sweet; I didn't realize how much I wanted to see Ryan dead until today. I hope she succeeds in killing Greenlee!

Aidan is annoying lately. How contrived that he can sneak in and out of the sanitarium unseen.

It was nice to see Angie & Jesse again, too. I wish Tad had filled her in more on Krystal's past, but I liked how he explained his motives of not wanting David to keep Jenny from him as he did Kathy.

I wish I could say I care if Frankie breaks up with Randi over her arrest, but I don't. It's time to write her out and pair him with a better actress.

Wow we have one thread on SON talking about AMC's fascination with death the last few years and how it needs to stop. And then we have this one wishing death on other characters. LOL

Today's show was okay. I think it was the first that I didn't fully enjoy since I started back watching. It wasn't bad. I think they wanted me to feel bad for Krystal and I just couldn't.

    • The first one is Cass Winthrop dressed as Krystle Lake on Another World (not from his original creation of the character to hide from the loan shark Tony the Tuna, but at a romance convention trying to find out what had happened to Felicia who was missing). The second one is also Another World, Jake McKinnon as Doris although I don't recall what his purpose was.
    • I know there was one brief scene in the summer of 1989 where Lillian did mention Calla.. but in relation to her past relationship to Ross and it was to Roger while he was a patient at Cedars.  I think he was trying to pump her for information on Ross.. and for some reason, Calla's name came up.   I could see perhaps Beth mentioning that her mother Lillian was visiting Calla.. but not exactly giving any sort of details as to the going ons in Calla's life off screen.

    • They're neither great nor terrible AFAIK, but it is more a question of the streaming numbers in this day and age vs. actual TV airings. The Chibnall era reminded me much more of the crisis years, but I do think it's a very real possibility now as well due to the streaming bubble collapse affecting the show and its prospects.
    • ANYTHING to get her off the screen..she COULD have been interesting if she and Van had a few face offs..(there was a mild one of her going back to work...but I wanted something meatier "Bitch, I am Vanessa Chamberlain and I don't take advice from someone who followed the..career path you did!" I did like Alex's outright disdain for her.
    • Thanks @Vee for the commentary.    I haven’t even watched this season yet after  I couldn’t get past the couple episodes last season…like it was too Disneyified for my taste, although I did think it was a least better than the Chibnall era (but so is a lot of things). I’ll probably go back and binge it now. Hoping this season ends on a high note. I did read the ratings are terrible. As it stands I’m beginning to feel like what long time DW fans felt with S26 in 1989.
    • Yes, they are all on contract. Next.
    • I also never understood Alex's friendship with Sonni or keeping the secret of Marah's paternity.  Not exactly heartbroken about Ms. Sally being ushered to the Hereafter.

I'm sorry but I'm a glutton for punishment. Would love to see this woman OWNING the canvas. Telling off Leslie who tells her she's the head b!tch.
