North Carolina is gone but hopefully Stein can win and they can get a few seats in the legislature to stop a veto proof majority.

I can't speak for the House or Senate, but the upshot of that poll was we are surprisingly now tied with Trump there in the general and have a shot at winning it.

I just feel like NC is the state that always gets away. If there is a surprise win, I will be happy.

Nowadays, I find myself going soft on a Goutman getting rid of Martha Byrne when he did. She's going off another tangent again...

Oh yeah I was seeing some of those tweets last night on my feed. Alan really should've stopped debating her after a certain point; he should have realized that she was too set in her ways and nothing he said was ever going to change her mind.

Martha just won't accept that her husband is guilty as hell, lol.

No she absolutely won't, and when "Likes" were public... it showed.

It's a sad day when you realize "Lily Walsh Snyder" was smarter than the woman who portrayed her.

Sadly, that's how I feel about most Trump supporters.  Even if we defeat him in November and he goes away (to prison, to the sanitarium or nursing home, to Dubai, to...wherever), his diehards will never go away, nor will they ever give up their fight.

Sure they will. I've seen it before. They all memory-holed Bush, after all.

But is there anyone who can take Trump's place as the head of the cult? Without a clear leader I'm hopeful that the whole MAGA-movement will splinter into fractions and that some of its followers will lose interest, thereby diminishing its power.

The Trump/Musk 'interview' was off to a great start with a DDOS attack and major delays.

And now:

Trump is slurring his words like Jim Jones near the end:

Politico hates a loser:

Can you imagine if Biden went through an interview sounding like Cindy Brady? Or Harris? Or any Democrat?

Trump just says and does whatever he wants and too few care.

Here's another gem:
