This war is reviled, and Twitter spaces for far left cranks are not a reflection of broad public opinion. It is currently being bombed right now, and is on fire. He's making the point that the structure is different from Chernobyl's plant was, which makes it less dangerous than Chernobyl was but still f*ing dangerous!
