That's Socks Clinton.  There's a pic of Chelsea in the background.

The confusion came because Biden got rid of Trump's decor, and instead of paying for new stuff, he is using Clinton's drapes and rug in the Oval Office.

Yeah i know it's all so scary. I just keep praying/imagining/whatever that they are protected. And also wanting them to have reliable practical protection on the ground.
