Members DRW50
Not to make this too glib but I saw on Twitter that conservatives are trying to get Bill Maher's show canceled as retribution. All I can say (as someone else said on there) is - yes, please, show those liberals what for by getting that awful man's awful show canceled! I'm more than fine with that. Really.

Members Khan
If anyone ever asks y'all whether conservatives today are out-of-step with the rest of the nation, just remind them that conservatives are seriously launching a campaign to end a cable talk show because they THINK it'll make liberals cry. Members DramatistDreamer
Lest some fall under the misbegotten impression that the George W. Bush administration was somehow benign, here's a refresher about how W.'s administration failed to fully prosecute or otherwise hold the makers of OxyContin accountable for their spread of the opioid epidemic. Origins of an Epidemic: Purdue Pharma Knew Its Opioids Were Widely Abused The company was allowed to plead down to a misdemeanor with no admission of guilt, despite the company knowing and suppressing evidence of the highly addictive nature of their product.
Members DRW50
I miss Judy Carne... (I always forget Eileen Brennan [RIP] was on there) Sad to say Kim Kardashian is more qualified than a number of people who work for Trump. This is...very much 2018. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/arkady-babchenko-why-fake-death-kiev-russia-press-conference-putin-critic-a8376076.html
