Is Daniel Taking off?

Y&R's Michael Graziadei (Daniel) has landed a recurring role on 90210, the CW network's edgy spinoff of the '90's hit Beverly Hills 90210. According to insiders, the actor will play a drug dealer, although just how many episodes he'll be is still up in the air. However, Y&R fans can breathe a sigh of relief - we've heard the new primetime gig won't affect his Y&R duties, so don't expect Daniel to go back on tour with his rock-star father, Danny Romalotti, anytime soon!

"One of CWs biggest hits", their hits consist of ANTM and Smallville with everything else barely getting by. The fact is that 90210 lost 2 million viewers between this week and last. It's not a guaranteed anything.

Hopefully MG will leave Y&R soon for greener pastures, he's almost 30, he can only play teen roles for so long.

yet the show still won its timeslot, still did better than every other show on the CW aside from ANTM & Smallville, and still won the key demo's for the cw... Is it a hit by the big 3, or even fox, standers? No. But for the CW? Yup.

anyways... MG is a great actor and he can play teenage still, but i hope he doesnt leave Y&R. the younger set on that show is so weak and hes one of few bright spots. Hopefully they work with him so he can keep on doing other work. He was amazing on Criminal Minds.

That's awesome for MG, he really is talented.

90210 is a hit for the CW, but it didn't win it's timeslot. 90210 had 3.3 million and Fringe ended with 9 million. Fringe was on for 90 minutes and ever half hour picked up more viewers. In two weeks, Dancing with the Stars starts and who knows what will happen when they start.

Let's be real here ... of course the show would drop. Does anyone really expect a CW show, even 90210, to continue getting 5 million viewers? A 2 million drop isn't great but I just really dislike how people, because they don't really like a show, jump on it and call it cancelled. Next week is the true test, if it continues to drop, it won't look good but 90210 isn't going anywhere right now.

And does anyone really expect the show to win it's timeslot? LOL. I would never expect that. EVER.
