I too was disapointed. Trying to cram the plots of the first 4 movies into 90 minutes was a huge mistake. Too many people with no purpose other than to be Jason cannon fodder, too many to kill off, leaving no time to develop the lead characters, or build the tension a horror film requires.

That is what I felt like I was watching the whole time. Well, after the first twenty minutes.

It wasnt horrible, but it was far from even being considered good. "MEH" is all i can use to describe it.
