OK, that Jessica and Viki conversation made me hate Natalie's existence even more. I loved the mentioning of Joe and how Kevin and Joey have a good idea of the type of man he was. That made me REALLY WANT Jessica to be Clint's biological daughter. For years, Jessica was the only biological tie to Viki and Clint, Natalie's existence took that all away. Who in the hell thought it was smart to abolish Jessica's genetic ties to the Buchanan's? WTF?!? To this day, I still think Natalie's a pointless character who needs to crawl back under that rock she came from. Hopefully, Ron uses this as a catalyst to redo this whole thing and make Jessica the biological Buchanan we know she is, and Natalie Mitch Lawrence's spawn.

Jessica WILL be a Buchanan by blood. I believe it was Ron's plan before the strike hit and I bet he's going to set that up again when the time is right.

That was the original idea...to undo "Jessica isn't a Buchanan". But the story was changed when Tomlin was the interim writer. Tom and I talked about it on the show. I was overly critical of Tomlin's decision to change the story, but TomCasiLolo (I must come up with a nickname for him that is mine, lol, that's a work in progress) gave me a new outlook. He suggested maybe Gary Tomlin changed the story so that Ron could do it justice when he returned.

Michael's still a lug, and I still wish there was something a little deeper about his character. But I did enjoy his run in with Todd. Just wish I could have bought his "threat" a little more.
