I'm posting it because maybe somebody else can figure it out and share here. Also, there are quite a few Y&R music cues in the Y&R Vault (link in the description: https://twitter.com/yrvault?lang=en You might be able to cross-reference those against that website. As far as that specific cue, I don't think it's on any of the official CDs so most likely only TV rips would be available and that might be the best you can get.
