Woohoo!! The Cowboys lost! And did anyone see Terrell-the cancer-Owens cry during the press conference? LMAO!! Actually, I'm really surprised he stood up for his QB when he has a history of throwing his QB (Garcia, McNabb) under the bus.

The Pats won of course. Brady was almost perfect with 26-28 completions.....just amazing stuff.

GB won! Good for Favre. That man is a true athlete.

I'm going to predict a GB vs NE Superbowl.

As inconsistent as the Giants have been, so have the Cowboys. I thought their running game would be the ticket but Marion Barber was practically stuffed and placed on the mantle in the second half. Eli Manning just scares me - you never know which version of him is going to show up. But I was very impressed with the Giants' defense.

The Bolts really pulled out all the stops especially after everyone was quick to write them off with limited playing time projected for LT and Antonio Gates before gametime. I really thought they were screwed when Phillip Rivers went out, but I've seen Billy Volek in pressure situations before when he played for the Titans.

I predict the Pack and the Pats as well.

    • Poor Philip. I appreciate how seriously his and Xander’s scenes were taken though. It felt like real drama and not like a big joke. You could actually feel Xander’s pain and anger. It adds another dynamic to the Kiriakis family storylines and I’m looking forward to the effects that this is going to have across the canvas. I can see them weaving Kate and Roman into this storyline as well. And it would be really nice if this somehow helped cause conflict for Stephanie/Alex too, especially because of what Alex did today. With any luck, Stephanie will be furious about it.  And I’m glad that Sarah has Maggie to confide in about her secret. I also liked seeing Steve and Shawn (and their matching jackets

) continue to be on the case. Kevin, revealing everything to them is another interesting turn in this storyline. Plus, it seems the writing has improved for Shawn as well.
    • TBF, I don't think we've seen her interact enough with the "have-nots" to know if she is or isn't. It's possible, but I don't think you can say that from her interactions with Eva and Silkpress.
    • You're right - though I did confuse his name with an actual actor who was on Dynasty.

    • "Might" is not "is". And I was talking about the specific case about her attitude to Eva.
    • But she can still be a priveliged elitist. She might have the same attitude to anyone from 'the wrong side of the tracks' whether they had an agenda or not. Nicole seems to be an outlier in her family. Her parents, kids and sister seem to think themselves above reproach.
    • Damian's clothes have definitely been a specific look -kinda reads 70's pimp to me . I guess it's a trend?? but it seems more suited to Holden. JR is 51  and I guess Damian is supposed to be a little younger but it looks a little odd on him in my book. But at least they're trying. The men's clothing has been bland/generic for years-either suits or basic casual stuff interchangeable  b/w them.
