May 15, 200817 yr Member Okay thanks....I thought it did not exist. But he would be good on poverty advisor and just help guide an anti povery agenda. He chose to take his name off the ballot but kept it on for FL. Why keep it on for one state and not the other? It depends on how many people in each group that they attract support them. Obviously he attracts a huge number of African Americans, she with seniors, Hispanics, Asians...but those numbers might not be big in his attraction with African Americans. I like that they are both beating McCain...all the more reason to run together since that would definitely beat him if they are both winning against him. So, because he was honorable enough to take his name of the ballot after he agreed the state shouldn't count in the first palce, and she left hers on, he should be penalyzed. I think JE endorsing him helps him out in that respect, so he doesn't need her. it isnt over til its over. nither has won nor lost.... yet. We see it differently. I feel it is over, and it's time he looks forward to McCain. That is what I keep saying! Glad someone also sees it that way I am serious...that could be his thinking in wanting to compromise on MI and FL. I am not sure but, if he compromises, she wins and odds are will put him on as VP. Heck the VP already is like a chaueffer anyways and more of a personal assistant to the president Wow. I mean just......wow.

It would not be being penalized because he would agree to it. I think more of JE's supporters see their positions more in Hillary Clinton since they seemed to be more alike than him and Obama...but it is a good endorsement. But JE won't take VP

Is it me or do you see just what you want to see? What makes you believe compromise means he has to do what she wants? Maybe all she wants to do is become vice president and she's hanging out waiting for him to offer her the job. Maybe it's her desire to serve the country under him.
May 15, 200817 yr Member it isnt over til its over. neither has won nor lost.... yet. JP, dont say that in Roman presence.

I am just going by what the possibilities are with this supposed compromise. The agreement would be what they both want since that is what an agreement is for....and you might be right about her hanging out for now to be offered VP
May 15, 200817 yr Member JP, dont say that in Roman presence. Do you add anything to the discussion? Or do you just show up to see what crap you can start?
May 15, 200817 yr Member JP, dont say that in Roman presence. LOL the same could be said of the other politics forum I post at, Ron. Some there just keep insisting that this race is over but I have to remind them that neither has gotten to the amount of delegates necessary to get that nomination Do you add anything to the discussion? Or do you just show up to see what crap you can start? He has spoken about the race in this thread

May 15, 200817 yr Member I do think that BR should be his running mate. Then there is.... Joe Biden Evan Baye Claire McCaskell Ted Strickland Any of these people would be wonderful running mates. He may also have all these people in his cabinet.
May 15, 200817 yr Member I would like them in the cabinet somewhere, Roman. Anyways, keep responding so I can respond because I am almost at number 2 in SON Top 30
May 15, 200817 yr Member Roman, Wales don't engage in this pointless argument. Obama is winning the primary, he is going to be the nominee. It is over. You know Hillary can continue to campaign. Hell, Ron Paul is still campaigning on the Republican side. I doubt DF is going to be SOD or SOS. She does not have the credentials. Now, who should Obama select for vice president? I think it's going to be Bill Richardson too. Edited May 15, 200817 yr by Jess
May 15, 200817 yr Member Roman, Wales don't engage in this pointless argument. Obama is winning the primary, he is going to be the nominee. DF is not going to be SOD or SOS and we all know it. She is not going to be secretary of defense or secretary of state, and Hillary Clinton is not going to be the Democratic nominee. Now, who should Obama select for vice president? Who are you to say what is pointless and what is not? Do you have authority here to make that decision? I don't think so. So cut the attitude, please. And those two choose what to engage in and what not to engage in and don't need your permission to engage or not to engage. You don't know the above will not happen so stop being pompous about everything Edited May 15, 200817 yr by DevotedToAMC
May 15, 200817 yr Member Hillary is totally irrelevant right now. She actually has become a joke. I think Bill Richardson would be the best nominee for VP, although, I think New Mexico is a pretty safe Democratic state.
May 15, 200817 yr Member I think what is a joke is you acting like you have authority here, which you do not. A woman like her who has accomplished a lot in her life is not a joke...maybe that would be you for insulting her in such a way. <<<I think Bill Richardson would be the best nominee for VP, although, I think New Mexico is a pretty safe Democratic state.>>> Sorry but your opinions lost relevance to me when you decided which comments people should and should not respond to so moving along....
