Members Y&RWorldTurner
I just can't wait until Y&R officially gets a new Executive Producer and Head Writer after the strike......
Members Ryan
Thank you my dear friend Could it be that talent runs in ALL of the Bell family...including the people they marry? My goodness. Imagine the Bell dynasty writing for B&B. How many Bell's are there?
Members Y&RWorldTurner
I'm not sure how many kids Bill Bell Jr and Bradley have, but Lauralee has two.... It's also very nice to see something of the Bell vision on Y&R again, that's why I'm thrilled to see Sally McDonald promoted. I know it couldn't have been a Latham decision, Sally's been there for years and I'm sure someone at the Bell Dramatic Serial Company promoted her to producer status. I hear the Bell's and Maria pitched a soap to NBC in the early 90's, but NBC being the fools they are, passed on it. Agh, what could've been.... Administrator Toups Posted January 4, 2008 Author Administrator Share Posted January 4, 2008 No. Full scab/fi-core writer's material is airing now. I'm just happy to not see Guza's name in the credits.
Members Ryan
Hopefully it won't return after the strike is over.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
Yes, but would Frons fire his dear old pal? I wouldn't be surprised if he kept B&E at AMC as well, since he's obviously pretty clueless on what works and what doesn't.
Members daysfan
I hope B&E and Guza both go, but I think Guza will return, although I am not sure about B&E. Really depends since Frons doesn't care about AMC, but the only ABC writer I want coming back is Carlivati.
Members Roman
Toups, The way you posted that made it look like he was gone. Period. Don't get us excited like that, dude.
Administrator Toups Posted January 4, 2008 Author Administrator Share Posted January 4, 2008 The downer though is GH probably won't change like the way Y&R has. Garin Wolf has been writing under Guza for 8.5 years. He probably has Guza-vision. Still hoping I'm wrong.
Members Port Oak Valley
I doubt Guza will be gone for long, he seems pretty safe as long Frons in charge. I think the only way he would leave would be his own decision and like that would happen, where else would he go?
