Inspired by that thread in the main forum, I decided it's about time for some pure lovin' for the wonderful Miss Alden. I looked back a few pages and didn't find anything, so this is the place to tell the world how much you lurve her! :D

To me, she's the best writer in daytime and she gave me years and years of wonderful soap.

All I know is B&B is much better these days.

You guys are so lucky. She should've been chosen for MY show, All My Children. But Frons f'cked it up.

I was so happy when I found out that she was backup writer for AMC in April 07, but then Frons rejected her for a headwriter, because he didn't like her "Y&R" style. Jerk.

Kay Alden is sooo good. She has added so muich to B&B and its obvious. Y&R is lacking without her and any soap would be lucky to get her. However i hope she stays at B&B working her magic.

If anyone wants to start a thread in Love/Hate saying that they don't particularly like Kay Alden's work, they are free to do so.

They are not negative. They should inspire you not to take things at face value, but to think critically and hail someone as a goddess of soap opera writing. But the thread is already a failure, I guess. Only 13 posts or so. While the "hatred" thread had several pages.

There is no need for you to hijack this thread with your anti-Alden agenda. If you don't like her, post in the anti-Alden thread. This thread is for those who like her. This area is not for "thoughtful" discussion, or engaging in debates. That's for the general discuss the soaps area. Your comments will not be tolerated in this thread.
