Thanks for attempting Ann_SS. Thats exactly why Im not watching the show regularly anymore

just an excuse to give Amber a reason to do a dual role. It was dumb and made no sense. A porn tape was released of Amber and it reached the media. Amber did a press conference to address it and as she was about to talk, her twin walked in and admited it was her. I dont even know what happened with April. I think she was phased out after a month or so. The whole story was stupid

It's been implied that Phyllis is faking her injury because she can't stand to be in the house she shared with Nick. That she felt he was haunting her there. Also Michael implied that she was trying to get close to Jack.

I was glad Sharon went off on Phyllis today. There are plenty of times when I've felt Sharon was being a self rightous hypocrite, but she was right on today. There Phyllis is faking an injury so she can stay in Sharon's home. Then she expects Sharon to listen to her go on and on about how much she loved Nick? That is just selfish beyond the pale. I'm glad Sharon called her out on that. I wouldn't let someone who cheated with my husband stay one night, I don't care how hurt she was.

How funny that William is basically a working man. I wonder where the rumor that he was rich got started. The fact that he's stayed on as DA makes a lot more sense now.

I loved the ending. I can only imagine the trouble K/D/A are going to get into over Plum's money.

I have to agree with people who say that the writing is pretty bad. This whole Phyllis faking her injury sh*t is beyond ridiculous. NEVER in a million years would the Phyllis I know be so weak as to do something so pathetic to stay in another mans house. Especially when hes married to your worst enemy.

I mean come on Phyllis is basically acting the way Diane Jenkins did a few years ago. Minus the whole intent to steal Jack thing. I just hate where I think they're going with this crap.

I just want my Phick back together. Summer needs her Daddy.

I can't wait for Nikki to get roasted over kissing David. VI is so unnecessary though and he always be David from AMC. I mean everyone knows that hes just a lil trouble maker for the tragic saga that is Victor & Nikki. Victor will return (perhaps with V Jr) and Nikki and David will have slept together or at least fallen in love. V Jr who is extremely angry at Nikki (for reason I haven't determined yet) and discovers the affair. He exposes the b*tch and Victor gets pissed off (as usual) and hurt. They divorce for a long time. Nikki and David engage in a relationship. Its doomed from the beginning of course. But they refuse to acknowledge it. Meanwhile Victor feels remorse and gets jealous everytime he sees the two of them together. Eventually David realizes that Nikki is somehow still obsessed/in love with Victor (or his money w/e you like) and leaves Genoa City.

Victor and Nikki tearfully reunite. And the cycle repeats itself. Probably with Jack next time...lol.

April was Ambers briefly introduced and quickly written off twin sister in 2003. Amber did a homevideo with a former lover for which April then covered. April soon later went on tour to become a rock star.

Maggie Forrester (Y&R's Leanna Love Barbara Crampton) was the ex-sister-in-law of Eric and her only relation to Amber is that the latter served as a babystitter for Maggie& James' adopted child back in 1997/1998.

Just glancing at this thread and the reassurance that Y&R is still nothing but sh*t warms my heart.

Maybe I should change my rhetoric - from now on I'm gonna encourage Marie Antoinette to write her amazingly supersplendid stories and then the distruction will come sooner.

Oh, Sheila, this is a sign! And I am shocked, and sometimes I want to cry. As if someone ripped something very dear from my heart!

I tuned in to see Sharon v. Phyllis.

My ear drums almost went bust after hearing the "albino" screech to the high heavens.

I'm glad Jack finally put Sharon's feelings first and told phyllis to go.

Lauren deserves to burn with the rest of the Fishers.

I promptly then changed the channel once AMC started.

    • While I do love the chaotic energy that is Kat vs Lesile, it is a bit extra. Sheltered, virginal Kat who plays it safe from her man to her wardrobe understands that Leslie is dangerous, but she's out here showing up everywhere and anywhere that Lesile is to be found and actively going to places where she is alone? I mean Kat doesn't even act a little afraid or intimidated by Leslie. Meanwhile, big Ole Derek out here begging for his and Ashley's life to Jacob.  As for Dani, I didn't see it that way. Dani and Bill were together for 30 years and shared a family. I believe there was real love there at one point. Bill is still an ass and Dani is still crazy, but realizing she may lose him and her daughter's may lose their dad definitely struck a chord.
    • Funny I randomly saw Kami’s lengthy post about the 44th anniversary of the Walton’s finale last week pop up in my news feed on Facebook. A few inaccuracies to her post but overall it was pretty insightful and interesting to read.
    • Well, depending on rewrites...Jennifer Richards potentially slept with Brandon and Alan. It does feel like we're forgetting someone, but then again, maybe I'm confusing that with brothers, which would include a lot more.
    • Maybe it’s me, and the fact that RC isn’t at the helm, but since Cwikly and Ford have taken over I’ve noticed the show doing a lot of things differently directing wise, and since the storyline of John’s demise began, the show has been using different scores, and dare I say better ones than this time last year. It’s interesting and I wonder if the any of it is Noel Maxam’s influence before being promoted.
    • I think Nicole is about to figure out what's going on between Andre and Dani.
    • @Efulton thank you. I don't know how I missed it or didn't recall it.  I'll blame amnesia . Anyway @Errol Could the newer thread be merged to the existing? Thanks in advance.
    • I just finished watching and I have to admit, not once did I find myself wondering who wasn't there. Quick question for anyone who followed this better than I did: was it only Andrew who rescued Cat and John from Clyde, or was Shane involved too? The reactions during their scenes today felt a little off to me. I know it was meant to be vague, but I didn't find it strange that they already knew each other.
    • Yeah, financially, Luna is in better shape than Deacon and Sheila.   -- Scott Clifton must have decided to chew the scenery in every scene of this "Liam is Dying" storyline. Yikes.
    • If J.R. wasn't busy with Ewing Oil, he'd be a heckuva soap recapper. He was SO gleeful at recapping Jenna-Bobby-Pam when the trio and Mark encountered each other at the Oil Baron's Ball. That being said, Lucy, presumably Sue Ellen and maybe Ray should all know this story, or at least part of it. Lucy was definitely at Southfork during Jenna and Bobby's relationship, and I believe Sue Ellen was about to marry J.R. around the time Jenna jilted Bobby. (Ray might not have given a damn.)
