I enjoyed Sharon laying into Brad.....I hope that it is over between them....why do I think that the show will reunite Nick and Sharon sometime soon???? I agree with everyone's post on Jill and Ji Min....these two sizzle together and if the show's writers do not continue something between these two....then they are definitely on something!!!!!!! I enjoy seeing Tracy Bregman in a storyline, but hate how the show has ruined the character of Lauren. I would LOVE to see her get some of her business b&***ness back. I would also LOVE to see Lauren call Michael out on everything with Phyllis.... I still honestly think that their's some unfinished business between Lauren and Paul.

Tonya Lee Williams instantly returns and has it! I agree that the show needs to give her the world to stay. She was really supportive of the show and begged for a story and they refused to give it to her. She had no choice but leave and now we're left with only two days of Olivia. :( With Dru gone they need Olivia bacn and a recasted Malcolm/Nate.

The scene where Olivia asks Neil about his drinking and talking to someone was very good. It made me think of Katherine...since she too is a recovering alcoholic, she would have been a great person to one day have in scenes with Neil, who has taken a tumble from the wagon.

I think we have an upcoming Neil/Kay scene really soon.

Man, I just realized how much I missed Olivia today. I want her back!!!!!

I knew Gloria and Kevin were gonna be Jack's undoing. They are gonna bring him down before Victor has the chance. Those two get their antenna's up and they don't quit until they know ALL! I'm starting to not want Jack to be brought down. Why does Victor feel he should be judge and jury to someone else who played dirty to get what they wanted? Victor is the KING of ruthless and playing dirty.

I agree to a certain extent. While he didn't directly make Gloria tamper with the face cream, it was Victor's need to stick it to Jack which made him tell John he had to protect Gloria and therefore led to John giving Gloria his Jabot proxy, which lead to her becoming vendictive bitch when she had no cause other than the fact Jack and Ashley didn't fall at her feet like her children does when she wants something. Gloria felt tampering with the face cream was her way to "teach the spoiled brats a lesson".

Yep.

And he banished Jack from Jabot forever (for rightfully callin him on his shiz), intimidated the bank to keep Jabot from recievin any further financal support and attempted to foreclose on Jabot (twice).

So Grambo need not act like he's teh innocentz one. lol

LOL. Victor and innocent is an oxymoron! He's such a pompus, arrogant ass and I'm really tired of his little temper-tantrums. I'd love nothing better than for Nikki and Jack to get back together. That would really cook his last grit.

    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • In case it is of interest to anyone here, I have digital copies (computer files, mp4 etc.) of all of the episodes. And, besides having the files they are all up on my usual video hosting site, acct name: shallotpeel, channel it is in: Primetime Soaps and file names like  Flamingo Road S1E15 Hurricane Flamingo Road was a primetime soap on NBC by Lorimar Productions. 2 seasons. 1980-1982. Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.

Newsom is a craven opportunist, but his comments today were exactly how better people need to handle Trump.
