I have to agree. I was all about Blake at first and now that the novelty beat boxing has worn off, he sucks.

Chris and his little fairy hand movements have gotten old, and he tries to sing every song like a wannabee Brian McKnight.

LaKisha peaked to soon, then was bad for weeks on end, although last night she was pretty good, it's to late.

Phil isn't that bad, I do prefer him over the other guys.

R!ck, Blake does NOT suck. He is IMHO, the one of the most talented men ever to appear on IDOL(with Chris Daughtry being the other one). Great remixing, great singing, great beatboxing, great producer potential.

Lakisha was a helluva lot more better than Chris this week Ron. America Got IT RIGHT! Chris is good, but needs to quit copying Justin Timberlake so much. If he does that, then I predict a good career for him.

America got it right. I am happy Lakisha was spared and dialidol was wrong. Phil came on strong of late but he should've went earlier and Chris was getting annoying and people had grown sick of him. The right final 4 is there and I still think it will be a Melinda/Jordin finale but we will see how the chips fall. Sometimes we get a shock when it comes to the final 4.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!! DialIdol is almost always wrong. I agree about Phil, he should've went earlier. I do predict a succesful country career for him. I was also growing a little sick of Chris too. I sure hope Blake & Melinda for the finale. I still think Jordin is waayy over-rated.

I'm glad Phil's gone, though. He didn't have a bad voice -- in fact, his vocals are very good when he sings his 'type' of music -- but something about him turns me off. As for Chris getting booted out... whatever. It should've been Blake. He's ugly, he's not a great singer, he's cockier than hell, and his lips annoy me. Oh well. Just as long as Jordin/Melinda are in the final two, I'm happy.

Jordin has to win this thing. Absolutely has to. But God, I wish she'd wear her hair straight more often, because it's gorgeous when she does.

It's always hard at this point to say goodbye and now they are down to four, it's going to be even worse. We all saw how bonded they were tonight and can only imagine what the contestants go through each week saying goodbye to a partner. I think about how they leave with memories that this time last year were not even dreamed of. Most of them will get good careers from this experience and exposure.

I cannot chose a winner. They all have what it takes so it's just up to the songs they chose and how the voters line up for them. I'm thrilled LaKisha is back in the running and hope that her bad days are all behind her and that Jordin has great performances, too. Blake is so individual and exciting to watch and Melinda is always fantastic.

I agree Jean. Unlike last year which was a battle of egos, this year they are just as close as the singers were in past seasons. I was nearly in tears during Phil's goodbye. He was very classy hugging the judges and embracing his family. The rest of the contestants were in tears. Same thing with Chris. His friendship with Blake was touching. He knew he was out but they both said they would trade places in a heartbeat. That is refreshing and that is a component last season did not have. I like seeing it on display.

It's a great top 4. I still think we will get a Melinda/Jordin finale but Blake and Lakisha can easily steal a spot. Part of me wants to see a 3 way diva battle like we should have had in season 3 but part of me wants Blake to at least make top 3. We'll see.

This is a good final four for a lackluster season!! LOL!! I want Lakisha to go to the final three I don't think she will though

Blake I find him to be hot! And the beat boxing got old there real fast in the first but he toned it down and I liked his song this week!!!

alwaysAMC, I'm with you. Something was REALLY weird about Blakis last night. I'm almost inclined to believe there's something to that Photoshopped image of them in a compromising position...

Perfect Final 4 in my opinion. I have a hard time picking a winner. I love Melinda but I just see Jordin as the next American Idol.

Blake or Melinda will be Tamyra'd next week. Mark my words. It's almost always a front-runner that gets axed. I suppose it could be Lakisha but her going wouldn't surprise me. It's probably Lakisha or Melinda who will be the "gasp! shock! surprise!" vote out.

And wow, heaven forbid two guys hug and like each other ... why does it always have to be homoerotic?

I cannot begin to chose who will go next but I hope it's not LaKisha. When she went off track, I was for her going, but that was just a temporary setback and that wonderful voice needs to stay. If we go by formula, we have three divas, someone is going to win out with the voters so one of them will lose. It could be Jordin or Melinda. I don't want LaKisha to be the one. Blake has no competition so his fans will all give him the support he needs to hang around.

OK, I'm officially now supporting LaKisha.

Melinda is the only deserving one. She is outstanding week after week. I mean the girl is a great entertainer. But every year they're a suprise exit so i'm hoping that she won't go next week
