I agree with the chapstick substitute. It's incredible for that.

I disagree, however, with the *ahem* "you know." It is SO not good for that. I never get the sitcoms and dramedies that reference is it as a good l*be. Because it's NOT. In fact, I've always found it's counterproductive. Give me antibacterial pump soap ANYDAY!

I'm going to have to disagree with the pastry one. I can't imagine that tasting good.

My, my. I missed that one. EATING vaseline? Well, now I've heard it all. Count me in on disagreeing with that one, too.

Its great especially during the winter when your skin gets real dry. I use that instead of lotion cause the moisture gets sucked out literally the minute I walk out the door.

It is a good product...I will attest to that...It works wonders on dry spots on the heels of the feet, does wonders for the lips, etc... and YES Vasaline is used a lot on the models for various photo shoots.

I use it on my feet at night and put on socks. Garanteed soft feet.

And it is also a good base for the scalp when getting a chemical relaxer.

You know that "other" use for vaseline... the uh... self pleasure use?

This will sound crazy, but I've mentioned it before.

TOOTHPASTE.

Try it.

Oh, the minty tingle sensation...

It's interesting. :P

I know of at least one other SON member who has tried it since I mentioned it in the past, a few years ago, LoL.

While intriguing in theory, perhaps it depends on the brand. I know of someone who tried that and it STUNG THE CRAP out of them. It felt like their privates were about to go at any minute. Needless to say, it wasn't a fun experience for my friend.
