Ratings for last night 9 p.m. ABC: "Desperate Housewives" (10.1 million, 6.4/9) 10 p.m. ABC: "Brothers & Sisters" (7.3 million, 4.8/8) Both shows are slowly inching back up but B&S is ranked 3rd in its timeslot.
