I thoguth Bree was going to show up towards the end. Im glad I was wrong.

I wish Mike wasnt marrying that brainless ditz.

Wow this episode went by really fast. I cant beleive its over already. Great episode but it was weak as a season finale. Didnt really leave a big impact of things to look forward to next season

Edie's insecure but she's never been suicidal over a man. This is the first season finale that DH has gotten right. So many questions left to be answered, but I don't think Edie is going anywhere.

I thought for sure Victor and his Dad were gay lovers. I hope Gaby and Carlos reunite.

Oh my DAMN! Edie hanged herself?!?! I mean WTF??? Because Carlos doesn't love her? What about Travers? He still needs his mom. I'm hoping the beginning of next season has Carlos finding her before she's dead.

Victor is a snake and I'm glad Gaby heard him and his father. I have a feeling Gaby will end up pregnant with Carlos' kid (I know she wasn't supposed to be able to get pregnant again, but still).

Susan and Mike's wedding was a letdown. I wanted them to have the nice wedding too, but I understand why Susan did what she did.

I knew Bree wasn't really pregnant. When Orson said he'd love this baby as his own, I knew something was off. I still think something will happen and it'll come out sooner rather than later that the baby is really Danielle and Austin's.

Wow. What a freaking FANTASTIC episode.

I absolutely LOVE Bree. Thank EFFING GOD that Marcia Cross is back.

I cannot wait to see what happens with Gabby and Victor and how she handles that. You just know she's gonna turn the tables on him ...

I will be so pissed if Edie is dead. That's bull-crap. BULL-CRAP.

Uggggggggh. They better not. Can anyone survive that type of thing though? I mean, I guess it's possible ... and yes, I know it's a soap ... but still ... wow.

Episode went by WAAAAY too fast, I would of liked a 90 minute episode, at least.

Agreed, there has to be more to Edie hanging herself. It was a great cliffhanger. Of course Mike and Susan's wedding could've been better. But overall good episode.

no she hasnt. Edie has never been shown to be suicidal about anything and she usually has a whatever attitude. Carlos is jsut sex and its not like she's in love with him. I dont like the direction they took this. He doesnt want her anymore, so she commits suicide? Edie would have picked herself up and moved on over to the next man

I really enjoyed this episode. There was nothing I disliked.

BREE! How I missed thee! And I love this pregnancy storyline... I love it. So soapy!

I never liked Edie that much, but that ending left me seriously slack-jawed. The whole episode, I was wondering, "Where is their WTF? moment?" And sure enough, as soon as they were on Edie, i was like, "No, they wouldn't... they... Wait, they will. Of course! But... WTF? No! NO! Why? Buhh... Graaaghh! How? Wha?" I so rarely get WTF? moments on TV, so it was a great moment.

I officially say Desperate Housewives finales are my favourites. Season One was, of course, one of the most amazing television moments ever. Season Two wasn't the best, but still good. Season Three again lives up to a great tradition.

Woot!

Guys, I think Edie will be fine. I'm sure Carlos or someone will come in on the season premiere and get to her before she actually dies. Edie has story next season. The show has already cast her sister. If you watched when the camera went through Edie's photos, before her photo with Caros, there was a picture with another blonde, who I'm assuming is her sister.

Awesome effing season finale!

    • Yes!!! Mona feels  like one of my aunts, love the way she carries herself. Loved seeing Eva pop-up at the gambling place.  Monday was all around good soap. Can't remember the last time an entire episode held my interest.  Loving the fallout and reverberations from Ted and Shea-Butter Sheila's affair

. As nice as it would've been to see Anita embrace Eva, I'm glad she didn't because we can squeeze a lot more years of conflict out of Eva, Leslie and the Duprees.   Lauren & Sheila, Viki & Dorian, Katherine & Jill all gave us good conflict for decades. Hopefully this follows suit. I understand the concern. Right now there's an issue of quality of black representation on shows more so than quantity of black shows. I'd like to see more predominantly black sci-fi, legal, political, supernatural or medical dramas over the typical who is sleeping with who. However, this is a soap, and this is what happens on soaps. White soap characters do these things all the time, but have the luxury of being seen as individuals, not representations of their entire race. Husbands/fathers like Todd Manning, Victor Newman and Asa Buchanan cheat, lie and swindle all the time but aren't seen as a commentary on white men. Black characters like Ted and New Dollar Bill should be able to do the same.

    • Even under the new writers, Jamey episodes are the shortest and the weakest A lot of people were unnecessarily clowny and bitchy today. There was a lot of fluff and filler too. And the dialogue was a little… ehhh as well. But welcome back, Kevin! It’s been a long time lol his return still seems really random but I don’t mind it. Philip’s actions make sense to me based on everything that’s happened to him lately and it could possibly set up more tension between him and Xander/Alex. And I wouldn’t mind seeing him and Kevin team up. I thought the actor did a good job too. Too bad that they couldn’t get Robert Benvenisti back though. I didn’t realize it in 2001 but he was hot

And, we got the word that Arianna wants to come home. I’m looking forward to that, and seeing her relationships with Gabi, Marlena, etc. on display and I hope that

As for Rachel’s birthday party… was Days hinting at something that we’ve been speculating about since EJ was shot?

    • Portugal qualifying was the only shocker. I'm really happy for Iceland. IMO, the automatic finalists – Spain, Switzerland and Italy – had the best performances. I love the studio version of Azerbaijan, but on stage, it was a disaster.
