Any word on Desperate Housewives returning for an 8th season? What's with the one episode practically every month? ABC is ridiculous when it comes to scheduling, I'm surprised they didn't air a new episode on Super Bowl Sunday.

Why would they air the show during the Super Bowl? Who would actually watch this thing? It would pretty much suicide for them for that night

IA though that the scheduling sucked. I wish they had gone with a winter finale and held the show back till they could air it in at least 4 episode blocks before the next rerun

Tell me about it. A new episode on Easter Sunday??? Who is going to be watching it?? No one.

Glad DH will be back next season. It should be its last.

B&S has really gone downhill.

New episode is 2 weeks from now? Thanks ABC

Anyways, maybe Im as messed up as her, but I didnt see anything wrong with Renee wanting to go forward with her party. No one cared for Beth while she was alive, so they all came across phony to me here. At least Renee kept it real.

Why was the show acting like Beth was Susan's ONLY hope and that Paul was a horrible person for denying her that kidney? Bree is a match and before the hiatus, she was ready to donate hers. Why didnt she tell Susan about that? This seems like a very glaring plot hole to make Susan's story more urgent tonight

SICK of Lynette controlling and trying to manipulate Tom

    • I think Ms. Rowell should be one of Anita's former bandmates... maybe the one that still harbors resentment over being abandoned. I think the Articulettes probably started out more like The Supremes.. and probably when the other bandmates wanted to go in a more funk/synth pop direction (as what happened to groups in the late 70s/early 80s)... I could have seen Anita bail and forge a solo career since perhaps that genre was not to her liking... and the group disbanded. Wasn't Ms. Morgan also doing another project when the show was casting?  Maybe one day she'll join the show when a role opens up and her schedule is open.     I don't mind the set, but is it a hip place.. or a more upscale after work/weekend night spot.   I'm not sure what vibe it's trying to go for. Orphey Jean's is my favorite... it's a great gathering/neutral meeting place where people of high incomes, middle incomes, and working class can all gather and hang out.
    • Oh, see, I love it; it feels very east coast, and I've been in places like it before. It's unique. And ugh, anyone but Victoria Rowell. Please, anyone but her.
    • It's not going to change, as said plenty of times.

Without a proper person to come in and not be afraid of pissing audiences off, it isn't going to happen. Okay, no, per Zach Tinker there seems to be no investment, not needed, and HELL NO!
    • God forbid someone is upset with their spouse for not being honest with them.   I swear... Misandry is so rampant nowadays.

    • Kate Mansi on Kristina going too far No spoilers - but only if you've watched through May 14. If you want to be unspoiled, wait until after you've watched May 14. https://www.soapoperadigest.com/content/ghs-kate-mansi-says-kristina-knows-that-shes-gone-too-far-exclusive/
    • Well, Mo should have tried harder lol GH has had the narrative for years that Sonny is "good" mob and everyone else is "bad" mob.  It's never made any sense no matter how many characters tell us that.  How about no mob?  That's the best kind of mob
    • She absolutely needs to be on this show.
    • they need to bring her back for a role! I say expand Bill's family and have her play his meddling aunt that moves into his house with he and Hayley and goes head to head with Anita
    • I'll be brief with this response because it is veering into Classic thread territory, but I agree about the Taggert writing especially when the show revealed he worked with/was mentored by Deke and knew Sonny killed him.  It gave Taggert a bias that was unnecessary and made it seem like he was a poor judge of character, so the audience was already primed to dislike him even if Taggert was right. Plus, Garcia and Taggert were pretty obnoxious, especially early on lol.
