November 14, 201015 yr Member It gained half a million viewers last Sunday and 0.2 in 18–49. Let's see what happens this time.
November 16, 201015 yr Member I found last nights episode to be a little better, but they its still needs more.

November 18, 201015 yr Member They lost me after calling deadly dull Emily van Camp the best actress on the show. If she wants to pursue other things, good for her. I'm sure she can be the new Julia Stiles.
December 15, 201015 yr Member The Christmas show was actually very good this past Sunday. I loved Nora's dream of how Christmas would be without her raising the kids. Very well done!

May 13, 201114 yr Member Not much of a surprise I guess. What were the endings for the characters? I think the show was always a mixed bag, at best, but I did love Kevin and Scotty, one of the most believable gay couples I've ever seen. I stopped watching a few years ago. What was their ending? I know they were obsessed with having a child (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz).
May 13, 201114 yr Member In keeping with the tradition of replacements for scripted dramas, ABC is replacing it with a reality church program called The Pew.

For some reason they were very chaste most of this season. What was their ending? I know they were obsessed with having a child (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz). Kevin and Scotty ended up adopting a girl and then ended up with a baby boy. At the end of the finale they were dancing together and happy. Edited May 13, 201114 yr by RomeAt50
May 13, 201114 yr Member Thanks. That's too bad about the censorship. B&S broke a lot of ground in that area, for primetime, although I doubt it will be remembered, since it wasn't a "cool" show like whatever the critics fawn over. Luke Macfarlane and Matthew Rhys always managed to make their relationship on the show very believable, even when the writing wasn't there. Scotty was only ever supposed to be a plot device to make Kevin accept himself more, but the chemistry was too strong to ignore.

To be fair they did get one little kiss in the finale and Saul got his first kiss (and only) kiss with a guy this year so there wasn't a complete kissing ban but they definately cut down on the affection.
