He could be the mastermind behind the black glove so in that respect he would have been around for a couple of months (storywise) and who else would have shocked Lexie to her very core on the phone, but her "daddy"? I still think all the title means is what was reported in SOD - he hasn't been approached. "Stefano's Return" could mean anything: -It could mean that Mascolo has an interview that he wants Stefano to come back and says "I don't lie."... when it comes to saying that.
