When it comes to Getty Images I believe they literally have specific contracts with each & every individual photographer. But, no idea about any other entity.

And, also it was Shawn Reeves who originally gave the video link to me & he knew that Tom lived there in the area being shown. Shawn was Costume Designer at AW & has known Tom since back then.

At the time that Tom finished at ATWT I lived in Brooklyn & my partner was the Digest editor for Guiding Light & the editor for ATWT was her close friend & colleague & a close personal friend of mine. I cannot imagine any way that this could have happened & us not know about it.

If I understand it correctly, the kids are Carly's but since she needs to be at hospital because of Micheal, the kids are just staying at the Qs, so Tracy is just the senior member of the family where they are staying at the family compound. I don't believe that Tracy has them ahead of Carly. It does get murky that Tracy is refusing to give up those kids. She is confident that she can have her attorneys take on any comers, legally. If Michael were able he has grounds to accuse Willow of being an unfit mother. And, there is the matter of her taking Wiley across state lines without even notifying Michael that she was doing so.

Wasn't she one of Agnes's proteges? You know it's only been a little over a year since she retired from DAYS. Both she & the Cullitons retired from DAYS in the last year and a half.

Well, generally speaking, another good day on GH, but ... But #1 it is so hard to see Carly not in full-on MamaBear role!!! I get it, she realizes that the situation with Michael is potentially so dire that she cannot take any chances, so she is risk-averse for now & that is not the Carly we wish we were seeing but she has to just suck it up & live with it, so we do, too. But #2, has Chase lost his mind? There were so many different things he could have said to Willow, but, no, he just totally & completely dropped the ball. Willow was apparently apart from Drew for enough time that she actually reached an introductory level of self-awareness & had some insight into the decisions she's made & why, which was nothing short of remarkable. And, instead of reinforcing that or even leading her to the next step in thought, he basically just nodded & asked her to pass the butter. And, by that I mean said nothing of any consequence, at all. No number at all because it's so obvious & such a throwaway: Kai, in GH, in bed, in a room, with a dislocated shoulder? Everyone is right about this particular bit of stupidity. There's no way he'd be hospitalized! But #3, Nina is saying things we never thought we'd hear her say. Sure, she is jealous of Drew & angry because he's winning with Willow & she's not. But, still, it's so odd to hear Nina make what is basically a decency argument with Willow & to suggest that there are lines that one should not cross! We've known Nina for years, and this is new.

Some people consider TWIN PEAKS to be a soap. A brilliant, eclectic, eccentric, messy, trashy soap, to be sure, but a soap nonetheless. Me, I don't dispute them & also I am today very sad. Very.

When material is derivative in this way, it is just as important to know what to use as is original content.

Yes, essentially, that is what happened. However, I never knew it if he didn't want to be at ATWT. And, in fact, there were things that made it seem that he was happy there. He & Lesli Kay worked so well together. And, AW had been such a stressful set while ATWT at least then had this reputation of being such a happy set. It's possible that you are entirely correct but if so, it was a well-kept secret, at the time. And, I don't think his leaving necessarily meant anything was wrong. It was just time. He'd played Jake McKinnon long enough. It's really funny. I never knew any daytime actors had "Pay or Play" contracts. And, now, I've found out that both RKK and Tom Epln had them.

Errol, I routinely link to articles that you & Toups publish here, on my soap group on Facebook. Typically, responses are interested, polite, appropriate, etc. But, on this one article, suddenly all of the posters are posting very irreverent comments indicating their total disinterest in the Inauguration & strong displeasure at not getting to see their soaps. It's very funny!

When I think of "Poor Alan" it is in regard to running afoul of JFP.

Just finished listening to the first YT posted. Saw the "doc" that she says was unauthorized. My take is that this is one of the grossest abuses of the system where a conservatorship was inappropriately applied to a person who is eccentric who was having some temporary problems & now she's stuck. BAH!
