  1. 100%. I just can't take my eyes off it. Jessica... sigh. Complete mess. I REALLY want Lauren and Cameron to make it. Adorable!
  2. Season 13 is extreme -- from perhaps some of the most difficult episodes to get through to wonderful excitement with Paige's paralysis and kidnapping, and the surprisingly intriguing mystery woman in Greg's life. I was NOT as negative on Season 13A as a lot of others are - I did find plenty of things to enjoy. However, there's no denying the tone was shifted into being almost a crime show. Linda's murder being one example. It just didn't click and the pacing was way, way too slow. But, with one episode left in the season, I am sad it's almost over. Sheridan gave her best performances yet. She really blossomed here. From crying out in anguish over her paralysis, or throwing Laura's name at Greg's face, getting together with Greg (FINALLY!!!), and being terrorized by Pierce. The boat climax was fantastic. Speaking of Laura, what a great gutpunch to have Greg go back to her tape. We hadn't seen Frank in a few episodes and so I gasped when we saw him again on episode 21 -- that dramatic weight loss could mean only one thing. Sadly, my fears were confirmed. I didn't know about that. How horribly sad. The twist with Mary Robeson was great - Greg knows her and wanted to know she was released from prison, her lurking outside the McKenzie house. Again, this is different, but in a good way. The Claudia/Alex pissing contest continues to excite. It's unique, nothing the show has ever done before, and exhilarating. This is why KNOTS made it so far; creativity. Yes. How refreshing and honest. Then again, he did great work at KNOTS and received wonderful writing, so I'm sure that helps.
  3. Wow! Thank you so much for contacting her -- It will be so great to see this happen. Btw, the Polish channel has also received copyright strikes and won't be uploading anymore. Maybe someone can contact them and suggest the same?
  4. The comments are visible. If you can see the video, the it's the very first comment at the top.
  5. Yes, Jack in business mode was a punk, but I loved every moment. Business stuff is when Bergman excelled the most (versus the love stuff). It's also when he resembled TL Jack the most. Foreshadowing! It helps when the show knows where it's going and doesn't make sh!t up as it goes along. Yes, she vowed to crush them in her own mini-me way (which was lovely) and there was that fun stuff with making it seem like she fired Ryan so he could spy on Jack and Brad and trying to seduce Brad. but indirectly.
  6. They're finally doing what they should, which is trim down scenes to save time but not removing completely. Christine's baby fantasy was taken out, Mac entering the Chancellor estate and talking with Esther for nearly a minute before seeing Katherine. Of course, it's easier when the episodes run 39-40 mins instead of 43 but that's how you do it!
  7. It's something else to see classic scenes in context! Yes, it took Jack and Brad nine months of scheming/planning to take over Newman, a further 4 months for this confrontation, and 3 more for it to be resolved and spun into Jabot vs Newman. Brilliant business storytelling.
  8. God, how wonderful it is to rewatch such a classic in really crisp HD. And such great storylines: The yearlong takeover arriving at another unforgettable climax ("I will crush you!"). So soapy but it's the great acting by Bergman that sells those last few moments. He looks terrified. Mac and Katherine; a great story that led to even better things. Sexy Jill and Malcolm flirting. And you can say all you want about Christine (and I have), but the scenes about her not being pregnant were rather touching thanks to beautiful execution. They also seem to have only cut one scene. This recaptured the feeling I had 20 years ago watching this. It hurts my soul the show in all its HD glory isn't streaming on AA.
  9. There is no such thing as lighting design on soaps anymore (except maaaaayyyyyybe B&B). They just turn 'em on bright and let's go!
  10. Wow. What a series. What a journey. Amazing ending.
  11. Yeah, I think they were going for a slightly gothic feel and implying the large estate has areas seldom, if ever, visited, which would explain "losing" the documents up there for decades. It worked, and I love they went through the trouble of having rats and all lol
  12. Saw the first 2 episodes. It's really great. I love how Pearl and Izzy are forming bonds with the other mom. They keep hinting that Mia is really angry, perhaps vengeful. I wonder if it's a misdirection or if they want us to think it's a misdirection. Witherspoon is fantastic as always. Although this character is very similar to BLL, she's certainly playing it different.
  13. Yes it is and he was dreadful. Keith was temporarily recast when Van Dusen was blissfully unavailable with someone much more fitting, aesthetic wise, but sadly the show went back to Van Dusen. I can never understand why they thought the Cryptkeeper was appropriate for Jill. Thankfully someone realized this and they ended the relationship. Katherine went to Keith and told him Jill probably doesn't love him enough to marry him. Keith pressed Jill for an answer, she said no, and was asked to move out. Katherine, in a moment of guilt for ruining the relationship and leaving Jill homeless, suggested Jill move in temporarily and Jill said yes so she could get back at Katherine.
  14. Thank you so much! To you and everyone else uploading -- it's more appreciated than you'll ever know! May I suggest doing decades? lol Since you're starting with 1991, doing 2001, then 1992 and 2002 etc?
  15. Ok now you've gone TOO far!
  16. What an entrance! Thank you so much for sharing!
  17. Finally! But I don't see 1981 or 1996
  18. 2003*, but yes. Unless you're defining classic as really, really old. You can go up to 2005 at a stretch. I would hope they're planning a villain/psycho week, but like you said, they could do a whole week with major Sheila/Lauren episodes alone.
  19. Huh? Assuming it doesn't get pre-empted, I am dying to see it on my TV screen again.
  20. They're showing the attic catfight and Victor's "I will crush you"?! YAAAAAAAAAAS. And of course, his other return from the dead in 1993!
  21. Typically for daytime dramas that broadcast yearlong, the anniversary is the start of a new season, i.e. every year. Number of episodes per year may change based on scheduling/calendar.
  22. I find it very hard to imagine Bell would've kept him if he didn't have another character to tie him to. He wasn't that important or special to create new characters and carve out space for. I was gonna say he could be the "Scott" in the Lauren/Sheila feud but I don't think Danny would ever be that oblivious.... lol
  23. True enough. If the only one hating her is a psycho then that kind of supports her goodness, doesn't it? Then again, based on Cricket's characterization, it would've never really given anyone else reason to hate her. Nikki was blissfully bitchy there for a while thanks to the Victor/Christine thing (baaaarf) but that was dropped.
